Third class services with system. Services done casually with finally not solving problems. Delivery time taken next day. But not completely done this paid service. Local mechanics Far better. Waste time with money.Really sales manager and CRM both good behavior. Really too good.

Sales person(Mr. Shubhashish Guha) is very cooperative.You just need to talk to him once, and he will give his best.I was searching to black MT 15 (BS 06 Model); that is not very easily available; just after talking to him and asking him if he can make it available, he arranged one piece for me specially. He also cooperated in paper works as well, as I was not very aware of all the documents required.

I bought my R15 from tanushka,Madhyamgram..they took 3000 extra from booking amount.Servicing is 3rd class! They did nothing on so called free servicing. Each time i face newer probs from servicing. And idk why there Fi station never works!Moreover they forced me to buy another battery within my warrenty period where i found others getting stepney from showroom!I have not got my RC-smart card what they promised during buying, executives from Tanushka keeps on calling but eventually end up in disappointment each time i visit there.i spoke to arindam too regarding my battery but issue was never resolved!Yeah Yamaha is of of the best choice out there in the market.. Very very bad service, stuff behaviour is also very bad,They replace the rr unite of my bike with the old one from another bike. Such a waste of money,They are responsible for brand dilution and Service manager Rahul is the main culprit..

Very bad service. My ray zr taken for servicing 5 days. They make job sheet a very long details but they wont taken the service properly. Even take more charges for servicing of labour and spares parts. But scooty is no longer run very trouble facing still now. I have made complain service person but no results positive. Still Im getting big trouble. I have spend 4900 rupees for servicing my scooty. They damage my scooty. They are totally cheated us and froud us. Im very disappointed.

Tanushka auto,It been 40days since I purchased fzs v3, but not getting registration number and number plate, even did not get any message from RTO regarding registration. This is very very unsatisfied.

They are not at all professionals. They will tell you to sign the feedback form without any data. Once you pay the money they are in dont care mode. You have to call several times for insurance rc and all. They dont prove toolkit by themself. You have to ask for it. Whatever you ask, they say it is not covered (after payment). Better try for some local showroom.

Nice Experience to me because I bought 1 Scooty last year and got very good services even today. And I have also suggested two more friends to buy cars from the Madhyamgram Yamaha showroom. Even a few days ago I saw my friend YaMaHa ZR Scooty. So I talked with precious time. I Really liked it in this Showroom.

Staffs are Very Helpful..They make U feel assured that they will take good care of Ur Ride..U probably can get better Price buying a new Ride from Local Dealers but for Efficiency on Paper work this place is ahead..Reception people are also helpful & informative..They doesnt break down the price properly..so U really wont get know what is what..I think this way they get some extra bucks form customers..& Sometimes thay are Reluctant on Washing Ur Ride..

The showroom is very good. But the people or you can say the gang who shows up there every evening around 6:3-7:00 pm are really bad people.So my suggestion would be try to avoid the area after 7pm

Satisfied with service but it takes too much time to solve a small issue. It took 7 hrs to deliver my bike for lean over sensor check and led indicator replacement.

My scooty taken them two times they charges the amount but not service properly.

The showroom is not fitting the number plate after multiple calls. They are just ignoring my phone calls. Registration number received 3 months back. Do not buy from this dealer.

I bought FZ-S FI on 04.04.2021, till 08/05/2021 I have not got any paper except bill. I could not find tool kits after first service. I went to the service center at 11:45am and they returned my bike at 7pm.

Service quality is not good. Sometimes seems like they are trying to make money by changing the parts which is not even required.

I was doing servicing from here for last 10 years. With the time it has detariated in case of service. Today I have done the servicing of my bike. My front disc brake lever suppose to be changed. While receiving the bike for servicing front disc connected brake light was working. But after servicing front brake related brake light was not working. Asking about the same from concerned mechanic, he categorically denied and said it was not working from earlier. After long denial at end he accepted may be it was some how not working after changing of front brake lever. He also said that emergency brake light switch which is connected with front brake lever was also not available in the service centre. I am very disappointed of this kind unprofessional behavior and quality of service. Moreover it was paid service.

First of all the place is very dirty , no proper place to stand your bike ,even from main road to the gate there is no proper road. Behavior of the stuffs are also not up to the mark.you cant make it out what work has been done because they dont hand over you the changed parts. I told them to fix my indicator buzzer ,they didnt, my bikes yahama logo has been lost by them. Over all I can give only 2 star..I also know that nothing is going to be changed with my rating.

1st of all they not sarvicing infornt of me. this is not good. I thought i will see my own bike sarvicing there, but whats in gods name. they saying in this corona time they not able to show me the sarvicing of the bike . !!! but corona come in 2020 but they doing this from 2018.and my problem is not solve at all, i told them to check my front shock absorber giving noice but they ignored it at my 1st sarvicing of my bike. And they taking 5 to 6 hr for sarvicing the bike !!!!!! i have given my bike to them at 10am & they give it back to me at 4.30pm at same day, they taking quality time but they not giving 💯% at the sarvicing. after sarvicing why my problems still there ?? very upset about the Tanuska Auto sarvicing procedure.

Well behaved and energetic man . 3 star bcoz they sometime delay in service like delivery of accessories or documents. Yamaha gave me the maximum exchange price for my old bike.

3rd class , will not recommended to anyone, had purchased fzs v3, from starting rear tyre has air leak problem from rim side, its a manufacturing defect, when complained, these people asked me to contact mrf to change tyre, these fraud people sold me a defective bike and then telling me to go mrf to change tyre, why should i go ?? I didnt purchased the tyre from mrf separately, then why should i run here & there. Not only this, Absolutely 0 quality check. Intentional fraud.

SELL- When you wanna be a part of bike family then you have to buy one, and so comes the selling department of any dealership.. I would rate 5/5 in this category. I had booked my bike from Mr. Sayan there... And i got my bike right on time ( you may face some delay due to pandemic going on). You may go there and ask for Sayan, he will be present and will inform you about every feature and all you need to know about your dream bike2. Then comes SERVICE- After buying your dream bike and riding it you have to regular maintain it, and here comes after market maintanance. Here they have one eprson named Jiten, he is best in class to take care of your beloved bikes problem.3. PARTS AND SPARE AVAILABILITY- Here in this group also they are sincere and behaviour is just awesome.. Theres js a person named Bipul da, he will do eveeything to make sure you get the right parts what you need even you can call him up for any update for parts availability.Overall my experience is great and happy to share that. Everybody should repair bike from an authorized service center like TANUSKA Auto does, Never should repair bike from unauthorized outside repair center. Specially for FI bikes.
