I hav ordered a nameplate.my experience was horrible.i did full payment after that i went for delivery the name was not in middle.the perspn was sitting there agreed and told me give me some time i ll do it properly.after 1 day i went and took dat as i was in hurry i iust checked is d name in d middle or not.after returning home i noticed d title was not written properly.i called them and asked to change but d person started arguing with me and told it is not possible to do it properly.i hav already made it twice.i dont hav anything to do.u hav to accept it.the behaviour was so rude and i hav just lost my money.so friends be careful.there are so many options .plz choose wisely. presto ur brand name matters.this store is typically bad.

They make amazing creative items....they can practically print on anything. They charge alot....but its worth for what they do....i once printed something on a stone for a frnd of mine!!!

Ordered a customized rectangular 3D crystal.. It was delivered on time. The product quality was very good. But the light source provided with it was made in China and it stopped working within 5 minutes. As it was a birthday gift item, that was very much embarrassing. The light source provided will receive a big 👎👎👎👎👎, and hence the rating is 3-star instead of a 5-star.

I regularly buy from this store. They have unique collections of personalised gifts. The staffs are very much good supporting and they deliver things on time. stores staff Pronab Bose he is very supporting guy. I am very much satisfy for his behavior and good work, he is very helpful, thanks a lot to him and thanks Presto.

Product was good. Just the problem I faced is that it took too long to finalize the product design.. It went past the date till I wanted the product.

I had placed a photo wall clock for my bhai & bhabhi... The clock was made beautiful & exactly the way I wanted it.. All pictures were placed exactly as requested & were very clear. Everyone loved the gift. Even in this lockdown delivery was on time.. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Totally 3rd class store...the staff behaviour is extremely bad...always busy in phone chatting...if you ask him one question..he doesnt even reply in proper manner..i have been taken the service of presto for a long tym... other stores are not lyk ds...last time also i came to these store i got the similar behaviour... kindly replace the staff..they are just spoiling your brand name...
