I wish if this review had the option of posting the call recordingTheir admin staff and the owner do not know how to deal with customers or customer queries .. they missed their treatment date and blames the customer for not being understanding.. their internal systems do not have records of the customer and their registered mobile nos... she says that they dont have my schedule and makes it sound as if its customers fault . . funny behaviourWhen the admin lady could not handle the query, the owner calls and defends the employee.. by explaining that the Amphan destroyed their records (which she says towards the end of the conversation).. it must have as it did for many.. but how is that Customers fault .. they keep arguing unnecessarily for a basic service andHowever said that the guy who came for the service from their organisation was fantastic .. his behaviour was very good .. unfortunately I dont recall his name
