Dr dey save my mother in laws life here,,she is covid positive with comorbidity ,still she is in this hospital,,she was almost dying ,,dr dey and this hospital tried their best to give her life back, there is no deficiency of oxygen and medicines in this hospital,,and I must say dr dey is very skilled to deal with covid with co morbidity patients.All staffs and nurses are very much cooperative and last but not the list they are not making any unnecessary bills. A good and polite behaviour with patients and should work according to the bearable capacity of a patients but NO.. they are forcing the patient and literally torturing the patient. I wish i could have rated 0. Worst possible service.. They will tell people to stand in the Queue from 6:00AM for vaccination. And then the localites will prepare a self made chart from 1:00AM and that is being accepted by the hospital..The hospital authority is good for nothing. They are simply accepting the list blindly and theres no value of people who will be standing in the queue for hours.

I and my friend went to the hospital to get vaccinated for my mom dad and my friend mom. However, the hospital is only taking the name of the reference and they are not carring about the people who was in the line of the vaccination. Worst hospital and fake information is providing from the reception desk. Media should expose this all hospital.

Some theives are sitting there...we paid 450 and got a bill of 150..dint provide us the prescription as they asked for 500 fr that...just for simple nebulization they did this...n there was a man who was sitting downstair maybe a floor supervisor was not well behaved,rude...worst experience ever

Hospital is ok , most of the staffs are well behaved too , just very dirty, no hand wash or sanitizer or Ben inside the hospital .Mr Manas in dialysis unit is extremely unprofessional and rude , I have been visiting this hospital since few months regarding my fathers dialysis , in spite of the doctors suggestion he keeps forcing us to have frequent dialysis , very rough on the patient even on his team mates , his negative attitude makes the entire units ambiance very negative , the staffs are not happy to work with m sure .

Worst experience.. Doctor timing was Sunday 9am and they told me to call after 8am to make appointment. I called on 8.02am and they asked me to call after a while as the other line is busy where she can transfer the call. I called exactly after 10minutes. This time my call got transferred but the receptionist told that appointment cant be done now as I have to call before 8.05am to get appointment. What kind of service it is??!! visited the place on Saturday around 8.40pm asked them to make an appointment what they denied to do. Now what a patient should do to get an appointment.

Worst service today I go to hospital for some test before test .bill amount paid 4050 they are promise report timeing 7 to 8 pm but when i send person for collection of the report staff already closed hospital at 7.30pm I need report because of healthcare and my doctor asked me to bring report. they are very rude,not good behaviour so we are not Happy this type service & nor suggest any one of this place in future.

Receptionist is the worst... If you know what you are in for where you need go you should directly head there they would just make roam around aimlessly....a simple question that could be asked over the phone. They will make you go to that ward and ask the doctor to come with you just because they need to ask what is the charge for a test. They maem pregnant ladies wait for 3+ hours even after they have a appointment and are there on time. This is a place where they drink tea and wont answer a single question you have. An honest suggestion drop VIP from the name, you are spoiling the meaning of that word.

Veerryyy veerryyy bad experience and faculty!!My uncle went for the stitches so that they cut it. Then after few days we realize that one of the stitches is still stuck there!! The faculty blames us but we arent a doc !! They are!!! If we could have...... then why would any of us approach them!!! The receptionist without having any license was trying to cut the stitches!! Knowing this any of us would think before going to cater any of our problems by them. All they care about is payments that is to be made!!! The hospitals license should be cancelled !!!!!

I experienced the worst service staff behavior...The receptionist is rude like anything.. simply no manners... no willingness to help... why the Apex Management is not able to understand that image of the hospital is entirely depend on its staffs starting from receptions....I have taken the oath.. no matter what comes, I will never ever, ever, ever go for any medical service from this hospital and will also not suggest anyone to avail any services from APEX Medical centre, VIP Baguiati.Even the single star is too much for this hospital having ill-mannered reception staff. Very bad experience about this Hospital. They dont treat patients relatives as human. The official of it just harassed me for my mediclaim information. They just roamed me throughout the hospital for 2 times then I came to know about my information. They dont take care patients also by treating as street dogs, but charges a lot. Extremely poor services. The X-Ray people were incompetent, hurting the injured patient more by involuntarily moving her leg too much. Unnecessary number of people crowding the room. Nurses creating chaos. Doctor on call immediately prescribed three medicines without taking into account allergies and ailments. Traumatic experience for an injured child.

Worst nursing home ever I have seen in my life.They do not have professional/trained staff. Hardly you will find certified nursing staff. I am wondering how they have license to run a health center. They do not have any experience/specialist doctor available any time. The nursing home is running with doctors under training. Only doctor who is taking all decisions is Dr. S Bhattacharya who visit every day for an hour at around 8 PM and instruct other doctors how to treat with individual patients. I am writing this review with my own experience which I had recently with one of my relative was admitted. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS LOW CLASS NURSING HOME OR YOU MIGHT DO THE BIG MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE.

Worst place to get youself into.They are actually cheating people. My father in law got admitted for surgery. They provided an estimate of Rs 45k but sent claim for Rs 25k only. Squeezed out the remaining 20k for doctors charge and didnot provide any bill for that. Had to pay for the sake of the patient.Even the concerned doctor refused to provide any bill against the payment.

Bad Experience.Untrained staffs, irritating sisters. Dont know how to behave. Arrogant Cashier. You have to wait for a long to meet their cashier who seats at Fisrt flowers office. They dont show AYAAcharges on bill, and ask for only cash payment for that. SISTERS are not well trained. Beds and Tests are highly priced ones.Suggestion: look for some other Nurshing Homes not for this.

He was late by one hour... After my checkup when I told him about this in a very polite manner, he started shouting at me nd told as a patient I have to wait for a doctor till the end whatever be the reason... He was very rude to me too. APEX GENERAL HOSPITAL--- No infrastructure no time management nothing... So why they are taking 550 rs visiting charge?? Only the doctors dont have works to do, we also have... Nd they should respect our time too.
