Patient will groan in pain and they will be bothered if cha has come.Patient may die with pain or inconvenience. Only response you will get is to contact the doctor. Dont understand why that is a hospital. They cant even contact emergency.They dont have minimum knowledge if nebulizer can be given to someone suffering from cough,They dont know whether to raise the bed after surgery. They kept waiting till next day doctor visit, who in turn said it should have been done 6 hours after surgery.Billing: They will add gloves, cap, mask etc for everyday. But was given only on first day. They stole even maternity pads from the cabin.Cabin: In Single AC Cabin, AC will not work. They will say remote is missing. Finding floor manager is similar to finding god.Billing: You will keep running between insurance, cash, cabin innumerable times. Moreover admission department will keep insisting for depositing money.

This review is for Covid vaccine department only. I hardly have any idea about all other sections. I was very much impressed with the precisely orchestrated team work of the vaccine wing. After reaching there without any prior appointment it took hardly 15 minutes to get myself registered and make the payment on the ground floor. Then they took me and 7 more elderly persons to an upper floor where a huge ac area with plenty of chairs was alloted for Covid-19 vaccine administration. Within 10 minutes or so my name was announced and the nurse gave me the injection. I had to wait for a mandatory 30 minutes period during which I was served tea and biscuits. All the staff were quite efficient, courteous and helpful. Quite a nice experience.

It is a great nursing home.Almost every facility is Available here.As it is near my house,so for me this nursing home is very important for any emergency purposes. Recently my aunt had an operation here.Their ICU rooms are very good,with all facilities and very standard than other nursing homes. This is open 24×7 and their systems are also very particular, staffs are very supportive also.They are also maintaining hygiene.

Nurses are useless specially in pediatric department. They can only do one thing i.e. shouting & shouting. They only worried about when biriyani will be come. Patient party has to remind them to give medicine, to tell Dr about patients details.When babies are crying continuously they are busy with their gossiping.They r laughing loudly & gossiping after 12 a.m which is too much irritating. They dont have any responsibility about patient. Their should be negative marking.

I visted Zenith on 26 Sept. 2021 to Dr. Ashis Kumar Saha.. he recommended some test.. i also got test done next day.. but after that in 15 days the doctor did not sit again... Very careless hospital and careless doctor

Best place in Kolkata to get vaccinated. Well managed systems with good & polite behavior of stuffs. The entire process starting from billing to vaccination extremely well managed , it takes around 30 to 40 minutes. Good facilities with sitting arrangement in AC ROOM, after youvgot vaccinated they will also give the printout copy of certificate.I must say the entire process has extremely well drive by them. Big clap to them.

This is not a hospital. This is a patient killing center. Their motive is to loot the patient party by somehow admitting the patient in ICU and then in ventilation. For other patients who they cant ventilate, they bill fake tests and charges.Hardly 2/3 out of 100 patient parties protest who they resolve amicably, others get looted.As for medical treatment, this is a great place for treating mild issues but never visit with serious patients. No quality doctor available in this hospital.This is in short the worse place to be for a patient and a robbers hideout for patient parties.

I could have named the person in particular but my humble request to the senior management is that empathy is completely missing on ground which is the integral part of your mission statement. Please take more inputs from the patients or attendees wherein improvement of process flow, delays in conducting RTPCR tests of new patient admissions & gracefully accepting of mistakes needs to be learnt by large number of the emergency staff. Please do not go to this hospital until you know any doctor from previously. I admitted my mother for acute gastritis, she stays 2 days but doctor didn’t even came to for round. After two days we were discharged her as they were not giving her any treatment. They didn’t do any treatment and billed 24k, we had health insurance still we had to pay 10k during admissions which supposed to not charge as it was cashless admission. Worst experience ever. My mother was suffering with abdominal pain and no one came to check her. Do not go to this hospital ever.

This is specialist hospital in rathtalla more, Belghoria. This is more famous for his hospitality and services. There doctors are very experienced and expert in his profession. This is too much expensive for middle class family. Hospital is good but nowadays some feedback are not good by customer.

Zenith hospital as in one word WORST.Building doesnt make good hospitals, its the good doctors and staff members. So were the hospital is far away to be a good hospital. Doctors r not experienced, specially they treat and keep patients on either this disease or that. They are totally confused with her actual disease.My mother was hospitalized twice over here for 15 days respectively each time in ICU they informed me she has an infection thats why her oxygen level is low and has got fever, they kept her in ICU with bipap etc etc .. but whenever I asked them why she is not recovering they always told me that may b she has an infection but we r finding it, but she is in critical condition they have done same blood test many times. After all we have to release her with DAMA, with huge bill. After we took her to home we try to reach out the attended doctors in OPd but he behaved so rudely. My mother was her first patient order wise but as soon as we enter the chamber the doctor itself asked us to come at the last. But still we waited for him for 4 hrs . Then when we asked y u have done this to us as she is not well he mentioned it his choice his wish... As she was not well we have to hospitalize her in Apollo hospitals. Now she is perfectly fine and fit. And on 5 days she got discharged and also informed us that she has not got any type of infection its only for her kidney problems she has got water filled in her lungs pulmonary effusion. It is a clean facility.Access is via a 15ft road.No parking space available for visitors, patients, etc.People overall working there are caring and understanding.My experience has been a positive one, except for the worrisome periods spent to get my car parked in the complete absence of regular public commuter system amid this pandemic.

Had gone here once for taking the covid vaccine. Poor crowd management system. Nurses are well-trained to give vaccine properly.

Service is more or less good. Doctors and sisters are also good. Only thing can be improved, is the patient discharge timings. Even if you are paying by cash then also they take so much time to discharge the patient.

The environment for vaccines is very bad. No distance is being maintained. There is no vaccine system, no waiting area, no sanitizer, no time limit. If you have to stand without any time, then what is the benefit of vaccination in private, it will be better to pay less in a government hospital. My Son born here and this hospital is having very good child care. Please note that the cost is bit higher side. We are very happy with their services even though the gynecologist is our reletive.Biggest problem is car parking, there is no place to park visitors car here. Only doctor can park in open place. One person should always be in the car but when doctors car will come they forcefully order you to move your car. This is very unprofessional and unethical. Very worst management for parking.

Well not good so much..Had to visit here due to my health issue,The people say fake things like.. if u need a appointment of a doctor.. if the doctor arrive at 4pm.. they will say you the doctor. Actually i am going to write Google for introduction of reviews in minus apart from these stars. Coz we have to select atleast a single star to share our reviews which the hospital like ZENITH are not at all entitled. Today my elder brother rushed their with his 2 n half year aged son with symptoms of dysentery. The so called Paediatrician present there in emergency didnt even bother to check or even touch the child and at once told him to admit the child. What a farsightedness, I must appreciate. That good Samaritan also revealed him the forthcoming consequences, when my brother didnt agree to admit. A good Samaritan never left his generosity going with this saying he further held my brother responsible, if anything happened to child. On this apocalypse most of the parent got tricked and find themselves in the clasp of the money making management of these kind of hospital. But this time somehow their magic didnt work and at last my brother took the child to the nearest Sagardutta Government Hospital where the junior doctors attended him nicely. With Gods grace my nephew is recovering well. Last but never the least, thank you Zenith hospital for letting us go from your cruel clutches.

Good private hospital in the area. It is better than Midland nursing home. There are icu and nicu departments here. Many doctors are available for consultation in outdoor in different depertments.

Very rude behaviour from the staff. My mother was admitted on 9th July 2021, in ICU under Dr. Arindam Ray. The doctor was good, made a prompt diagnosis and suggested us that she has a critical heart condition which cannot be treated there and suggested us to shift her to a better place as soon as possible. After a day, we decided to shift her to Fortis Hospital and as soon as the people in the ward came to know of this, they started mistreating my mother. The attendants were not assisting her for washroom, made her wait, said offensive things like no one should help her. On the day of her release, they deliberately refused to give her the morning tea and said well not give her tea. It is almost impossible to find out the culprits, but I request the authority to teach some manners to the employees. People with this mindset must never choose healthcare as a profession.

Billing is excessively high with no.proper explanation.not a good experience for me. For a single doctor visit they charged Rs. 2500 which is abnormally high. Hv mailed them for my issue, no revert yet

The worst hospital I ever came across. Starting from security staff to the general manager and doctors, everyone has attitude problem. My father was admitted with weakness under Dr. Nilanjan Indu and Dr. P.P.Ghosh . Later he became covid positive. Doctors informed me he has minimal lunge infection. After 3 days His oxygen support was started. 2 days later Dr. P.P.Ghosh told me he is recovering and requiring only 5 liter oxygen though it was not continuously. Next day Dr. informed me he is infected with Aspergillosis (White Fungus) fungus and having high oxygen requirement and he is with HFNO support. I asked him about my fathers lunges condition. Then also he told me lungs are minimal to moderate infected. Next day I shifted my father to Apollo Glenegles Hospital under Dr. Debraj Jash. Next day from Apollo I was informed my fathers both lungs are 90% infected and he was infected not only with Aspergillosis but also with Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. Moreover he is having high breathing issue. Next day he was shifted to ventilation support and 3 days later he passed away.When I shifted my father to Apollo Hospital (8th June) from Zenith they didnt provide me any X-ray and CT Scan plates. Till now I dont have those.This is my request to everyone please dont admit your dear ones in Zenith.

The behaviour of Dr. Sayantan Banerjee is so rough to the patient party.....nurse are wattles they do not take care patient.. .. if a patient in ventilation they are happy to that patient.

Except some sisters maximum sisters are ill manners i.e. Bani, Juli, Moumita(Surgical Isolation department)Sima and Tina (General bed) even they did not give my medicine at night i.e. 9.06.21. My bed no. was 2040 and 2008. They treated not well not only me but also all the others, they are good for nothing. But Doctors are very helpful and well behave except emergency department. I requested to the development authorities plz look out these sisters matter, otherwise they are spoiled your goodwill.

This review is based on me and my familys experience regarding covid vaccination....My father got the 1st dose of covaxin in march, as per government guidelines 2nd dose should be taken after 4-6 weeks. But just before the specified date of 2nd dose they informed us that due to lack of supply of vaccine they are unable to provide the dose and notify us as soon as the vaccines are available....But they fail to do so....Except this incident I have a good experience with their service.....

Worst emergency service. Most of the nurses even dont qualify as a nurse. Got the job with a least knowledge and training. Scarcity of attendants. Most importantly doctors who are considered to be the incarnation of Almighty, there are some who are better than a beast. Behaviour of a doctor can do a miracle not only to the patient himself but also patients kith and kins who also need a kind and right guidance at that time of emergency. One of the bad experience I ever had. Every employee from bottom to top has attitude problem. They dont bother about patients family, very unreponsive. Charges are very high compare to service provided. AC is out of service most of the time in reception waiting room.Indeed very bad experience, will not recommend anybody to visit.

Well i must say this is one of the best hospital for covid treatment. on 11th May 2021 my mom was admitted in zenith hospital with a severe lungs condition. I was worried after reading lot many negative reviews but i dont have any other alternate option as most of the hospitals bed was not available. Eventually the way they have treated my mom for past 1 week it helped her to get recovered quickly and she got discharged by 19th of May. She was under the efficient hand of Dr . Nilanjan Indu and well trained stuff. Balanced healthy food and other medicines were timely given which is the core treatment for any covid patient. I am really great full to Dr. Nilanjan Indu and the entire Zenith management for taking utmost care of their patient.

I have called up today morning for a query. Non of the calls are picked up by the people there. Instead, they are disconnecting the call after pick up. Just an worst frontline management. Is it an Hospital or Restaurant. In hospital you cannot drop a call like this. It could be emergency for patients. You must take it forward and provide proper explanation.

Covid19 RTPCR test swab collection being done in a very much closed environment. So a negetive patient is very likely to get infected as the viruses released by the positive patients will remain in the closed environment. Moreover they are asking every patient to remove shoes and lie down on a bed for collecting swab. So it is very risky for a negetive patient and high chance to get infected. They should immediately look into this and organize this swab collecting process in open area.

My wife was under through check up of Dr. Shyamal Sett, whom I dont even want to call a doctor. My wife was nine months pregnant and due to blood sugar she developed Polyhydramnios(amniotic fluid level increased beyond normal). I admitted my wife on Monday night and at that moment my baby heartbeat was normal but baby movement was stopped. I urged this doctor to deliver this baby by any means but he refused and confused us stating that baby may not be alive after delivery and certain critical symptoms may arise and thus he referred this critical patient to any govt. medical college hospital instead of my several request and showed me some meaningless excuse of covid test. Two days later I admitted again to bloody zenith hospital under this doctor after covid negative report, but that was too late. My babys heartbeat stopped forever on that day. They are just there to loot your pocket, not to treat any critical patient. They know very well how to furnish the final bill but this useless doctor doesnt know how to save a little heart, Dr. Shyamal Sett only knows how to ask for the visit from patient party. It was my baby boys death, not a murder as per law, but being a father I know it was a careless murder of my baby boy who might have cried out for help to come out of her mothers womb, save me mom, please save me dad, I want to see the light of this beautiful world, but Dr. Shyamal Sett just shredded his responsibility off my baby stating that This is a critical case, we cant take any responsibility, we dont know how the baby will be even if he comes out alive. My boys demised soul cried out in my ears today They might have given me a life dad, but they intentionally didnt. They murdered me dad.

One of the worst hospital in Kolkata.. My father was covid positive and admitted in this hospital. The hospital management was very poor. The enquiry service and reception department are just disgusting now a days. Even they cant give any answer of any queries over phone call and cut the calls soon.This hospital always demand more in the name of treatment. The nurses of covid department behave with the patients families very badly. The receptionists and the security guards behavior is very bad. One of the worst Hospitals that I have ever visited, I was admitted in this hospital for an operation, the nursing facility is very bad, half of the nursing staff dont even know how to take the medications and what medications should be taken, the administration is also very poor, patients are not allowed to keep phone, and the hospital staff dont even respond the phone calls and they literally dont allow the patients to keep in touch with there family. THIS HOSPITAL IS A JOKE IN THR NAME OF HEALTH CARE. PlEASE READ BELOW:My dad was admitted to ZENITH Hospital, Kolkata, India, on February 2nd under the care of Dr. Prasun Banerjee and Nilanjan Indu. He was admitted to Zenith as per Dr. Prasun Banerjee’s suggestion in ICU with bed sore, dislocation of pelvic bone and Parkinson’s.At the time of admission, he was able to talk and eat but was put on rice tube immediately. Next day when my sister and mom went to visit him, it was found that his body was swollen and he couldn’t talk at all. To make things worse, his bed sore started to spread all over his body. Also to mention, he was given Albumin as claimed by doctors but instead of getting better, things took a bad turn. On one hand, Dr. Nilanjan Indu asked my sister couple of times to take dad home and on the other hand, Dr. Banerjee said otherwise. After he was discharged as per doctor recommendation, his condition worsened. He missed many of his medications such as the ones that were supposed to be administered intravenously.Some of his oral medicines were missing too!! We felt helpless since we didnt know what to do.Next day, we admitted him to Baine Hospital. Unfortunately, after few hours, our dad passed away. Dr. Prasun Banerjee from Zenith Hospital stopped taking my sisters calls.We go to doctors with the hope of getting treated and not neglected but in our case, the doctors played the role of procrastinators and completely ignored their duties and pushed my dad further towards painful death. I hope no one else has to go through what my dad went through. Please spread the word so that we can be aware of how things can take a wrong turn due to negligence of health professionals.

My brother gave me more than 100 medicines and injections in 6 hours at Zenith Superspeciality Hospital in Belgharia. Whose bill is like 50000 thousand (medicine only). One of the best Hospital at north kolkata. Specifically the maternity unit is superb. All the staffs are very good. But I think infrastructure can be modified comparing the charges. But overall experience is excellent in maternity unit at ZENITH.

My left feet finger was thrashed, so I went to zenith. My doc was Suvom Das. I have life insurance of HDFC ergo and Star. I was not carrying Star card, so hetold they have reimbursement issue HDFC ergo, so need to pay cash 50000/-. I gave 20000/- and told that Ill pay within a day. But he delayed my surgery until I paid full 50000/- in cash. Dr Suvom das, he is one of they most greedy doctor I have ever seen. He took that cash and then gave me bill of 6000/- hospital expense and 44000/- surgery charges which is not even a surgery for 20000/-. Please dont go to Suvom Das or Zenith.

If we want to something the phones are always busy or none can receive the phone.Then why should you say the super specialist?The stuff behaviour also not good as they thought we make our treatment free of cost.Actually more decepline is needed among the stuff also the over all conduct of this hospital.

Then I went to the hospital to inquire samething at the reception/billing counter, they asked me to call at the same number given in thier website. Staffs and services are worst! I came here to do an endoscopy (fasting condition) and they made me wait for more than 1.5 hours. I did have other tests, but their behavior are tremendously irresponsible. Worst experience.And another point, no matter how much you criticized them, how much you complain about the situation, they never going take that ser to make their service better! They are only going take your praise not your complains. Please dont come here.

Disgusting hospital Ive ever seen my mother in law was admitted n there are some nurses who was tortured her they dont have any kindness or humanity they r only running a business pls dont go there
