Most 3rd graded clinic and worst possible service. The reception area is an adds zone and receptionists are busy gossiping . Least bothered to send the patients to doctors on first come first serve basis. More interested to save their own skin.

The staffs are very co-operative and do their work in a systematic way ...I am very happy with their services...I am glad I went their to check up in first place and would suggest other people to do the same from my personal experience .. even they have very renowned doctors associate with this clinic...

Has a good panel of doctors. AC waiting lounge. No restrooms. Book your doctor over phone same day in the morning.

One of the worst diagnostic clinic.

It is near Ballygung Train Station. If you come from Ruby to Gariahat after crossing Bullygung flyover you get down cross the road, walk 100 meters you will see the MM Medical in the right hand side.Doctors visits here and clinic also provides diagnostic facilities.Dr. P. C Jha (General Physicians & Cardiologists) visits here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you want to visit him you can call to clinic the day before his visit sharp at 8 AM or you can personally go to the clinic to book your name. Dr. P. C Jha only visit 10 patients. You can visit him without booking but he will charge high and will visit after booking patients.

Worst and irresponsible staff. They dont have people who are trained enough . Soumen Gupta from the diagnostic centre took blood without even properly checking the vein and my brothers hand was swollen. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

They dont know how to manage the time. The doctors are LAATH Sahabs who usually delay according to the history. If you are going for the USG, please be confirm that you should visit it there 2-3 hrs late.

I have faced a v. V. BAD experience. worst management, dont know how to behave with patients. Makes patients wait for a long time irrespective of the fact they are too ill. if you have enough time and donot care for any system and even not so ill you can visit the place to spent a your leisure time.
