Yes it is true people need to wait outside unnecessarily, even when there is space inside. In the queue noone maintains distance. No covid protocol is maintained. Doorman takes the prescription of whoever giving it first in his hand , dont maintain the order of the queue . So basically everyone pushes everyone else to go first. Recently I raised the issue with the doorman that proper order was not getting maintained. So he put my prescription deliberately at last. The system is such unprofessional.Reply to the owner: I am not sir, I am maam. Yes I also knew that I need to go to a specific time and I did so. Then think about your staff , you have no knowledge of what they are doing. They definitely dont follow the rule. No covid protocol is maintained in the queue because of the doorman , because he is not following the order, takes prescription of whoever coming first . Just checking temperature giving sanitizer is not enough. The time given to me was 5:15 . I reached before that. Even it is my question to you , if you give time slot to people then why there is a queue ?? What is the point then. Think about your rule and definitely think about your staff.

Very casual approach of stuffs, even for critical and emergency cases patient needs to wait outside of the clinic, limited space and takes too much time.

Good treatment center & staffs are very helping in nature. Not too much costly. Treatment cost is within your capacity

Good asthma and allergy treatment center. Recommend for all.

All round diagnostic facilities in Allergy & Asthma related issues. Well connected, near to Golpark, Gariahat. Doctors dealing with patients are also good. But, treatment is bit costly. Should be compared with available facilities at other places in and around Kolkata.
