Feel very much comfortable over here. Good behavior and testing eyes with great care. The look , the decorations is unique. Frames are stylish which matches with the face of any age and the prices of the frames and lens are reasonable. After sales service is satisfactory. I pray for the all staffs have good health and mind with peaceful life.

I will not name the brands but trust me I tried out all the brands who promotes heavily in different kind of medias. There are smaller outlets also who play in niches and customers have a perception that those outlets provide value for money. I visited titan eye plus south city. Had an amazing experience. Even the eye testing department has been phenomenal. Sumit bhowmick has been spot on with his detailed explanation about the eye test.The lens provided by them is excellent.I would strongly recommend this location of titan eye plus for an amazing array of latest collections of frames and lens, along with eye tests.

I went there with my mother to get her new spectecales. We were welcomed courteously by the staffs. It was followed by the documentation where i was asked to fill in the basic details pre consultation. Then a staff took my mother for the eye checkup in a separate room dedicated to it. There were wide range of frames of all the leading international brands like Rayban, Mont blanc, Oakley. The consultation was carried out very patiently and professionally. They also aided us in getting a suitable frame. Quite satisfied.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. Special mention Mr Sunit Bhowmik , who himself is an optometrist is just awesome in his work. Three of the four members of my family use glasses as well as Contact lenses. We never go to any other centre but this in the south city and to Mr Sunit. He is always available and helping. He will always offer you the best deal . He is cordial and at the same time very professional. All the best..!!

The specs is amazing except for the fact it loosens a bit frequently. The attendants of service center of titan eye plus at south city mall are so warm and helpful.

The experience was really good here. The optometrist Mr. Abhijit Mitra was really really patient and helpful. So was Mr. Kundan. Their collection was good and behaviour was polite. Would love to shop here again.One regret: I wanted to get one of my glasses changed instead of the pair, not the spectacle but just the glasses,to which I was told it was beyond their policy to change only one glass. Sad to know, i guess you cant repair your glasses if you break one of them.
