The store personnel were extremely slow and seemed to lack expertise. The progressive glasses they made were terrible. I see much better without the glasses. If i wear those glasses and walk around I will have an accident as everything swings as I turn my head. The faulty glasses also give me a headache. I need to get the glasses remade in Mumbai and trash what this store made. Rs 15000 down the drain! Worst experience in my 38 years of wearing glasses. Never go to Lenskart. The reply they give is they will try to get better and basically do nothing.

I have been in Shakespeare Sarani Laneskart outlet last week. The behaviours of staffs are overwhelming and i would like to appreciate the overall service also.

Worst experience ever. I placed order for a sunglasses on 2nd July and I didnt receive it when I went to store on 15th, then they assured I would receive by 19th July and its already 24th July, and guess what I still havent received it.

Came in to get my frame adjusted. The staff was really nice to help along and got it rightly adjusted. Really happy with their service.
