I have recently ordered a spectacle from this place and I am really satisfied with the built quality. There is no compromisation on the quality. I had a wonderful experience with them. I took the eye checkup facility at their centers doctor who gave me the perfect powers.. And then I made a premium quality GKB Nova lense from them.. The owner is very knowledgeable, who clarifies all the confusions with care.. The lenses delivered to me were in excellent quality, with Nova authentic certificate..

The product they sell are excellent. I recently bought a sunglass from them. Sales executive Abir described all the specs in a well mannered way. Their Behaviour is excellent.

I had the worst experience in this store. Very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. First, he made me wait for 30 mins. When I enquired about the optician, he was very arrogant. He called the optician after I arrived. After the check-up the owner asked us to wait for an indefinite amount of time. Note that there was only one customer other than me. There was not a sliver of decency, let alone professionalism. When I told I am going to leave, he asked me to pay for the check-up, which I did. This ended in a quarrel and he almost came to hit me. This is really unexpected from such a well rated store. I went after seeing the ratings, but now I really doubt the credibility of these ratings.

I couldnt have asked for a better user experience. Extremely happy with my experience here. The opthalmologist is very good and the fees is nominal. The shop owners are extremely kind and made sure that we make the right choice. Very good range of frames and lenses. Good partnerships with world class brands like Crizal, Karl zuiss, GKB etc. I got my specs made at a very reasonable rate and have faced no problems at all. Delivery was also done within two days. Overall very good experience. This store has my highest recommendation :)
