These are new social theifs Basera Banquets , we had done a booking for the wedding at your banquet which could not happen due to brides family Succumbed covid. But you were just interested in forfieture of the money. How can you keep any advance money or forfiet it without providing any service. You are the new age social theifs and dacoits. Everyone please beware of before booking this place. They are inhumans. Is this the way you run your organization? Really shameful.

I went to Basera Banquet for the Wedding Ceremony of one of my acquaintance and here is my review:1. Wonderful location overall. A Large hall that can accomodate 400 to 500 guests.2. I think they also provides you with Catering and DJ.3. They have a good parking space (from what I saw)4. Not very far off from the New Town Main Road and the Central Mall so you can easily get an Uber or Ola if its not too late in the night.

An oddly shaped banquet hall with a separate space for buffets. When there is a function going on inside the hall, there is not much space left for extravagant food counters. There are multiple entrances to the hall and also has two rooms for changing. There are separate washrooms for gents and ladies. Valet parking is provided. It is on the first floor of the Terminus Building which has 2 other banquet halls, namely Mayuri and Golden Ganpati. The landmark for this would be the Pride Plaza Hotel.There is ample seating space inside.A good budget friendly banquet hall for all kinds of weddings and other events.

Better come with your own car. All types of parties they offer and welcome - Engagement, birthday, baby shower, Sangeet Tilak or wedding.

Lift facilities and velvet parking facilities are available. This Building also have few other Banquet Halls like Mayuri and Golden ganpati etc. A nice venue for upto 300-350 Guests.

Basera banquet staff are very unprofessional .They do a lot of promises.They will also say that it’s an off season and they are giving you a very good deal.I repent my decision for selecting them for my wedding reception.The decorations were poor and the entry gate was not decorated as promised.Inside the venue,the curtains were not clean.It was a horrible experience to deal with them on the reception day.The staff is rude,incompetent and very unprofessional.I will never recommend anyone to select this venue.
