Medical related services were very good. Both doctor and nurses were very friendly. But food was not good enough and even test less. Acute smell of garlic & onion are found in all item of vegetables. Infrastructure of latrine & toilet needs to be renovated. Bed no. 414. Released date 21st September 2021.

Admission and emergency service is good. But after admission what was most required, they did not serve. The patient needs was dressing due to some blister but 4 days they did not do that. We knock the nurses regularly. But they did not do that. Finally it become septic and have to do OT. After the OT they did all. My experiece is they know only money. Just want to increase the bill.And the surprisingly during discharge they took my phone and gave 5 star without showing me. Which is now chaging to 2 star with my personal experience

CMRI is the one of the worst hospital in Kolkata.My mother was admitted in covid unit under Dr. Rajashri Sengupta.They would keep the patient party waiting for a long time and then would admit the patient.The covid unit is dirty,the toilets are not clean.The patients are given torn clothes and tasteless food.The doctors would unnecessarily extend the stay of the patient and the CMRI mediclaim department would delay to send the papers to be get processed to raise the bill.The sisters and doctors dont respond to the patient party , they never bother to inform about the health of the patient to the patient party.The staff are misbehaved.They would mislead the patient party about the discharge date and harras them.The management only cares about money instead of caring of patients health.A totally money making institute with poorly trained staff.Sisters are untrained interns,lack of trained sisters and doctors.Bills are high but the services offered by the sisters and doctors are too poor.

We had different experiences.Ms Paramita Roy was exceptional at her job. She handles everything calmly. She treats everyone with humanity. Humanity at its best.However the worst situation is the entry into the hospital. Water logged, cant enter without putting legs, shoes, pants into the sewage water. Pathetic.

The stay was uncomfortable, which should be as it is a hospital. But the service and the place was very nice. The staff of the hospital was very cooperative. Everyone ensured my well being. From medicines to my operation everything was on time. I want to thank all of the staffs who were there Suvra di (warden). Dr. Ayan is a gem of a doctor. Just the mediclaim department needs to be a bit transparent. Apart from that everything was very pleasing.

Patient care is very very good. Highly recommended. However dealings with patient-party is quite rough at times. I live 404 kms away and had sent all the necessary documents they had asked for 12 days prior to the OT. Yet the TPA desk had overlooked some details and it was me who had to rush to the court. Hence 1⭐ less.

Insurance desk should be more prompt,apart from that world class service in 5th floors

I had one of my relative admitted to CMRI a week ago.. Need to give couple of suggestions1) Need to improve the admission process specially on the rainy days when the entire campus is water logged. A week back I had to access the admission near the emergency area through the waterlogged streets. Admission could have been handled in the main reception campus but I was told that it is only for planned admissions, not for the emergency one.2) No social distancing is being maintained in the reception bay or the lifts being used during these pandemic times.3) Amidst all these I had some good experiences also.. Like the final bill was as per the estimate provided. Secondly, a special mention for PRO Devika who was proactive to give me the regular updates and connecting me with the patient. She is very polite and understanding. Though the sisters and the staff in the wards need to improve their tone.Overall, its a good hospital with experienced team of good doctors..

Very very poor service. Nursing and medicine facilities are very bad. Because of there poor service I suffered a lot from day one. Most of the nurses have less experience in this field but they handel OT patients also and because of that patients suffered a lot. They gave me injection in wrong way , for that still now after 15 days of discharge I suffered. Medicine facilities is also very poor they take 6 to 7 hours to give medicine to patients even after OT. I suffered a lot because of medicine issues after OT. Over all very poor service.

The excellent dr(Dr somesh Deb♥️)...I never seen ever a dr like him...in my life....he never treats me like a patient.... always treated as his daughter....Wonderful experience ....Excellent nursing services..... housekeeping did their best efforts...Thank you ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had my first baby, a C-section delivery, at CK Birlam CMRI Hospital on August 26, 2021. I was being treated by gynaecologist Dr Manjari Chatterjee for my entire pregnancy period and I am highly satisfied with the experience. Doctor madam is not only a lovely human being but also an excellent clinician. Very approachable and whenever you are in distress she has been very prompt in replying all queries and give medical advice over WhatsApp too any point in the day. During all my OPD visits in my pregnancy period, the staff of CMRI has been really very cooperative. A special mention to Sister Sharmila Das who has always helped us with doing prior appointments with Dr Manjari Chatterjee. Sharmila is very sweet and helpful every time. I must also say that my post operative recovery was good, though there will be slight pain in the stitch for a month, but the healing has been fine, with the help of good medicines prescribed by the doctor. The surgery process was a smooth one, I was given epidural injection, where only my lower portion of the body was unconscious, and the care provided by the nurses of the hospital’s Labor Room was satisfactory post operation. My child’s paediatrician Dr Sougata Acharya and his team also treated my baby’s post birth jaundice aptly and my baby was fine in 2 days. Overall, I would highly recommend CMRI if you are planning to have a baby, and can carry on with the entire process of check up and surgery from the hospital itself. The OPD rates are reasonable and there are different packages for baby delivery according to your needs.
