Reliance digital is a 1 stop shop for all your electronic needs. Best products and good pricing. Dnt compare online prices as online selling has a different modus operandi. I had purchased a laptop approx 7 years back and now went in again to enquire for another one.The staff are courteous and would guide you along the way, show you all the products features amd explain you everything properly.Thou I did not took pictures of the store, but in my next visit will surely click some images and share it.I went to the store located in diamond plaza in jessore road near nager bazar.

GOOD but needs improvements

A completely different experience when u buy a product from this store. I bought an LG 4K from this shop and the sales executive lured with offers and gifs but turned to be a fake. The price while choosing and the price while paying have had a hell lot of deviation. The caught in red hand but failed to justify. This is the scenario of so called trusted stores as they claim.

Very poor quality products are given.I bought a single door whirpool fridge and the product I recieved was damaged,the door wasnt closing.I dont trust reliance digital anymore.I wont recommend you to buy any electrical appliance from here as they promise something and they deliver something else.

This place is awesome for trying out new techs in hand. Also they have debit card emi option.

Avoid making false promises to customers for selling any product. These can really lead to you all in a big trouble. Also only one person should attend the customer if any one enters the showroom. It’s like a pile of sale person running to you all after entering. Really need to invest in service.

I bought samsung tv 55 inch from here....person who came to install ,sudip saha forced me to purchase one hanging bracket of 1800/-, ....the way he represented Samsung and reliance was very bad...he told me that company will take care only about business and rolling money....product and customer is less important....after listening this I stopped myself to communicate and allow the person to install the product with his bracket RS1800/-....purpose of writing this review is to give a message to the buyer and also a big brand like Samsung....because Reliance will stay and survive ,I know.....but I will not purchase anything from here

This is a store with false promises. I have made a purchase of Air Cooler. Before purchasing I asked again and again if them can deliver the product next day. They promised to deliver with next 2 days. But after 2 days there was no response from them. When I called them they told it will be delivered the next day.They always make such promises just to get you billed. This is a total harassment. Please visit other store but not Reliance Digital.

After reopening post the lockdown,have put temperature check and sanitization process in place before entering the shop.Staffs are gloved and masked.Went to buy a Microwave for our family.Decent experience but the sales people were a bit persuasive (which they generally are) in pushing for their products with extra commission.
