Talking about yesterday 12 Jan 21, Full staff very bad rude behaviour and also giving wrong statement, due to covid 19 Bajaj have not manufacture geyser in 2020, so we have 2019 model, what a joke, making fool or becoming fool, on top floor u will see a sales boy this was his statement also a lady staff supporting him, I havent seen such a 3rd class staff in any showroom. Shared my experience with u all.

Its a famous Electronic shop for all modern days electronic equipments of our needs.There are many branches they have ,in West Bengal.It is said great eastern is a little more cheap than other large shops.They never refuse you for any types of product you need.They have their own home delivery system for their customers.

Worst Service. I will never recommend this store to anyone else.Firstly the price is higher compared to other shops and online storesSecondly the delivery is worst, they asked 4 days for fridge delivery which in itself is too much still we agreed, but then on the 4th day they have postponed the delivery again and giving excusesSome of the staffs are abusive and misbehaving.Edit : They delivered on 6th dayThey didnt even book any demo for us, we had to book a demo ourself

Great Eastern is a brand itself. All sorts of Fast Moving Consumer Durables are available here. The price of FMCDs are pretty competitive. Their delivery is quick enough and installation follows right after it. Sometimes its just on the very next day. So overall the experience out there is very good. I recommend the shop for everyone.

If there were any negative stars i would have given to them. There is a lady sitting over there wowi bare minimum common sense and she can only argue nonsensically. The worst. Yesterday I visited this place to buy a high range 1000 watt 5.1 home theatre with bluray player. They had only 1 sony model of 600 watt in their store. The staff were very reluctant to respond to customers. They were busy playing with their mobile phones. Two staffs named Sk. Tipu and Abhishek Das were not at all interested to respond to the customers and they were making fun among themselves. When I asked about the technical specifications of the only modelthey had, they could not tell anything. Then I went to the cash counter at 1st floor and asked for the Manager of the store, and I found that he was absent for the day. I took the Managers phone number from the cash counter and called him several times, but he never took my call.

I brought an AC but the remote given was a wrong one.I contacted them many times but the customer service is very bad. They are not responding to my calls also.Currently I am not sure about the status of the problem.Had a very bad experience.
