Poor service quality. They tried to confuse me and tried taking more money. I walked out of store, vowing never to return to buy anything

Wrost service. Very delay in delivery....

Worst service ever i had from any dealers. I purchased a purifier since 10 days ago but the product was damage and no action taken yet.

Bought LG ac almost 1.5 weeks earlier. Still have not get product delivery. They will also does not receives call after sell. And this problem happens to several persons known to me.

They deserve negative star.Give ad in FM Make DP Rs.26/- for AC and when you buy you charged 20k for DP. When you asked they told you many more Ad given this Ad is not for this product and bla bla....Worst Service Ever I have seen in my life, sales staff not trained, Environment like Dharmatalla Bazar, every staff shouting even upon store manager, No manner to talk with customers, after Sales No delivery till uncertainty period. When you call to sales staff regarding delivery status they continued disconnected your call and talked rudely by saying who used AC in winter. If nobody used AC in winter then why you sale in store.Recommended to everyone dont buy at least from this store.No one has responsibility, No hospitality.... Dont buy from staff named Utpal at least...he have to learn what is customer satisfaction before sale of goods...He share his own frustration with customers. Very Bad service experience...

There service are not that good.....they charged 200 rs for delivering the product...if u dont give that money, they say ok ,you cant take the product. They dont received the call...

The Shop was closing by 8:40pm I.e too early. In a metropolitan city its quite abnormal where other electronic shop is used to be kept open up to 10pm..
