My mother is a kidney patient.... The receptionist are very careless... For their carelessness my mother will now have to wait for about a week to visit the docter....

Receptionist is not responsible for help to patient.Today I had appointment for USG at 3:45 PM.I was waiting last 1 hour but no one came for USG,after that she is telling I dont know when will come for USG. behaviour of reception Staff is very poor.I never come again for treatment.Bad experience in 1st time.
