Horrible! totally forgot about cleanness and hygiene if you want to admitted to this hospital. Staffs behaviour is bad. No one wear Mask.

Great hospital you can rely on..Hospitality is good and cleanliness is excellent. Suitable and well-educated nursing staffs. Friendly doctors makes a patient more likely to get cured.

The treatment is okay! Cost is average, but the food is not good at all !!!! They serve same food throughout the year, if someone is not dying of illness, might die due to the normal diet here!!!Please dont get admitted here if you want to live.

Great place for a lower middle class family with service worth its price and doctors are of fine class. Feel free to go for check up here.

It is an average nursing home Just almost barasat district hospital Infrastructure is not good. But good for the lower middle class people .

Its a average nursinghome located near opposite to Barasat district hospital(not exactly opposite).The hospital is always crowdy.the beds are average but the distance between two beds is very less,even its difficult to stand comfortably in between two bed.service & food is somewhat okay ,managable.Doctor s are also available & visiting their patients .

Maybe not for everyone but for me its none other than heaven. Since past 5+ years Ive been visiting here for my wifes treatment and finally this is the place where my family got their light of next generation. Im happy with the treatments rather than the accommodation and staff behaviours. In my opinion, everything is bearable if the doctors, treatments and the required services are worthy. Dont think twice if you find similarity in this thought process.

Dr.s are excellent but very poor infrastructure.....Few Nurses are not well trained & unprofessional specially beware of 2 nurses named Dipika & Ruma they both are totally unprofessional and lack of knowledge how to dealing with patients.....This is my humble request to all please keep in mind if this two nurses will handle your patient you need your own observation always on your closest one.......otherwise may god help you.....This is my own experience I shared.....

This is one of the worst nursing home in Barasat. In this hospital no such facility found. I went there for consultation with so called orthopedic surgen Dr.Nirmalya Guha associated with this nursing home back in 2008.I was there for my implant removal in left hand.He allowed me to admit there for this surgery as he claimed such high quality infrastructure and team of eminent doctors out there,but in reality no such thing happend & i realized when i enter in OT.This doctor was not experienced enough & at being unable to remove implant (nail).At this such inexperienced, novice outcomes by this illiterate HATURE TYPE so called orthopedic doctor I facing lots of problems in later years & so long.He didnt have such kind experience earlier. He actually experimented with my hand and earned some knowledge for future reference. He is one of the worst orthopedic doctor ever. After I was operated inRG Kar Hospital by a team of eminent doctors & get cured.Dont go Eco Hospital and so called orthopedic Dr. Nirmallya Guha.

Very very bad nursing home.... No one tells you about your patient condition... Doctors are very rude.... And worng treatment is obvious things here... I was diagnosed with gallbladder stone and they told me to operate... But in out side usg there was no such thing... I wonder where a USG cant be done properly is called hospital... Such hopeless people... .......In another cadr my father have done vertrbroplasty under doctor chinmoy nath... They charged 75000 but didnt gave us proper bill... Such frauds... Very very bad experience for 3 times... Negetive stars for the hell

My father hernia surgery done here. Thank God the operation was successful. The Doctor, who made the operation is an authentic surgeon. The place is OK.

Vougus service.. if anybody ask over phone something about CT scan rate then is said CT scan man is not available rather to call 1 hr latter.. till then patient will die..

A very Bad Hospital. Doctors hardly care. Over Prescription of Medicines, even with a light fever, you will be asked to have medicine worth Rs. 700. I once went with someone who met with a bike accident and had multiple fractures and injuries. Rather than examining the patient, the doctor was asking questions to the patient. I had to intervene and asked the Doctor Why doesnt he examine the patient. Such is the level of sensitivity or the absence of it. The hospital is absolutely dirty as well. Just that slightly better than the Zilla Hospital.

It was good once upon a time. But now the facilities are not upgraded and the associated doctors are also mostly not up to the mark. However they dont foget to charge high!

This is not an option for patients for treatment. If you want an luxury hotel then its ok. They treat patients like subject for income only.I saw several times doctors to shout on patient and guardians . Cleaning is good but food is like hell or jail (whichever you wanna adjectivise )They bill normal diarrhoea patience around 30000 INR . Theres no such person in this nursing home who want to treatment patients fast.

Worst place for tritment .I admitted my wife with fever . First they admitted in ICCU . They kept 2 days in ICCU under Dr. Kayal. 2nd day evening when I visited that she was in ICCU. Next day morning I called to hospital ICCU ask about how is the patient ?They said she is fine.When I visited hospital I seen the patient is transferred to general bed without informed me. I spoke with the patient and she said last night they shifted to in a room in front of elevator . There is no hospital facility available. She tried to call nurse or attendants but no one response. She got lot of problem whole night but no one attend .At morning again they shifted to another general bed which is near to nurse desk and there is no fan , lot of noise made by all nurse and aya. The patient whole night awake she want to sleep but she cant sleep because of gossiping of nurses and Aya .When I was complaining to reception then they send me to talk with theyr director Mr. A K saha.Mr Director not even know how to talk with clients. He said I should talk with nurse in charge about this and nurse in-charge will be available at 1 pm .I wait till 2:30 pm but sister in- charge not available.Again I am went to Mr. Saha (Director ) just I requested to change the bed where the patient can sleep peacefully. But he got angry and started shouting and saying take my patient to other hospital.Really I was shocked to his way of talking.Very pathetic situation I faced in this hospital.All the staff including a cleaning staff to director do not know how to talk with the patient or patient party .Enter area too much dirty no cleaning the nurse even dont know how to push a injection.All the female staff busy with there gossiping. No body bother to provide services.Really I did a big mistake to take my patient there.

The stuffs of this hospital are uncooperative.They do not give the patient proper information. Painful experience.
