I am fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Rupa by a colleague for my pregnancy journey. Delivering a baby in a pandemic is a challenge, but Dr. Rupa and her clinic have set high bars in hassle-free pregnancy delivery. Her skilled expertise, methodology, and prompt responsiveness are everything you can ask. From our initial appointment, my husband and I both sensed ease with Dr. Rupa. She patiently explained my daily diet and exercise plan and explained the reasons behind every decision made.Today, while most Obstetrician/Gynecologists schedule c-section delivery, Dr. Rupa still prefers the archaic style and encourages natural birth. Such experienced doctors are rare to find. We waited till 26th April and my due date was on 28th April. However, at the last moment, our doctor suggested that a slightly early delivery would be the best for both the child and me. Due to slight complications at the end, we had to go through a c-section. However, my notions about postoperative cesarean were quick to take a turn when I experienced a smooth surgery, almost no pain and a speedy recovery. No need for regular hospital visits, our doctor has always been just a call away.Post-delivery, Dr. Rupa carefully explained how to care for the incision and advised us for telephonic consultation whenever required. It’s 13 days to have been blessed with a healthy baby boy, our pregnancy experience couldnt have been smoother. We are indebtedly thankful to Dr. Rupa for helping us bring our little bundle of joy into this world and our gratitude will never lessen. We are extremely happy with the journey and couldnt have asked for a better doctor for our care.

The worst doctor I have ever come across .....She is always in a hurry to consult patients ,never gave me and my wife more than 5minutes .....She doesnt even read patients history before prescribing anything and wants to get over with meeting asapShe has absolutely no counselling skills with patients which are required in case of any medical issueShe may be very experienced with her skills as per lot of people but when things go wrong she is the worst one to consult as she is not at all helpful

Dr. Rupa Sharan Ganguly is a thorough professional gynaecologist and patient listener. A first time expecting mother, age factor into consideration- 50/50 chances for Normal Delivery .. where c- section is preferred.. i delivered a healthy baby girl and that too Normal !! Smooth pregnancy under her guidance, pros and cons well explained, basic medicine and tests done. Surely will recommend her to others and satisfied with her consultation. She is the worst Doctor I have ever met, I consulted her with my PCOS issue and she didnt even prescribe any medicine, I kept reaching out to her through watsapp and phone call and she kept ignoring. She is very very rude doctor.

There are more helpful gynics one can seek assistance from. I had a horrible experience with her. For a medicine she had prescribed me she did not even came to see me when I got a reaction developed instead she told me on phone that I shout see a physician. I thank Dr. SK Das who first told me that I had gynic issues for my fever but helped me more than his area of specialization when I told her about the rrspresp of my gynic. Also, she conveyed through neotia hospital staff to us that after my normal delivery she is not happy with what she will get in terms of money. We spoke to her and gave her 25000 cash extra without any bill or receipt. We did so bcz we wanted her to temare helpy in my postpartum journey which she refused to do when I was in great need.

Dr. Rupa Sharan Ganguly is not just a regular doctor, she was a rock solid support system to me. I had started my treatment with Rupa maam as late as the 5th month of pregnancy and I was scared and tensed. After the necessary tests, she put me on a strict routine of proper diet, medicines and walking and on 4th of Nov, she delivered my bundle of joy through normal delivery. I was extremely scared about normal delivery and had it not been for her, I wouldnt have the courage to participate in the birthing process in a fully conscious state. The entire labour and delivery went so smoothly that she was ready to discharge me the next day. Moreover, she is always reachable over watsapp or call.
