First best thing is Dr. Biplab is very nice, he is trying to fix all the problems of the center, and he is a good listener, I started my treatment 11th may 2021, and reviewing 14th may 2021, bt my exprience is very good if I will think about the Dr.s treatment, but if I have to tell about the IIH, then it is just horrible!! The receptionists are very rude, even they dont rcv the phone calls, they are not using sanitizer at all, bathroom is broken, no sensitization in the bathroom or any area, and the nurse, was like angry on me bcs I complained about the bathroom, and Dr. asked her to fix immediately, again I am telling Dr. Is very nice. Bt the center,, they have to change lot of things....

Very unprofessional behavior. I am a doctor myself. Went for check up, when I was pregnant. On 1st appointment, had to wait for 3hours, post the scheduled time. On 2nd appointment, had to wait for 5.5hours. Yes, thats true. Really disgusting. And despite all the delay, the doctor was full of arrogance as if he is doing any kind of charity. No apology for the unnecessary delay, rather very rude. Its really a pathetic experience. And also, he and his compounder Jibanananda , they calculate the EDD from LMP by using a metal disc!! They did a mistake and argued with me saying Im saying the wrong LMP. Disgusting to say the least. Wont recommend to anyone.

Worst experience i have came accross...very very very bad behaviour all the staff, Doctors are so called professional Dacoits what to say.Their main intentions to give panic to the patients or their (customer).They anyhow suggest patients to operate or do IVF treatment. Doctor Biplab Dey the main culprit over there charges visiting fee of 600 and 100 as registration, God knows what the registration free for???????? No explanation had been given from them.Their main intentions to give fear to the patient. So that they convinced and do whatever the doctor say.If you say we dont want IVF treatment they will not treat you any more(mark my works please and see if you go there) Then the real picture will portray you, No medicine will be prescribed any more no further dates will be given for checkup and so onn and onn.......if you go with a normal Gyneo problem they will not treat you they always try to make it complicated and will prescribed you IVF thats their main intentions always. *All are professional Dacoits* take my words never do mistake if you really want to get good treatment spend money in good organization. I am not telling that spending money will always give you best treatment bt spend in a good organization not like this(INFERTILITY HOSPITAL NEAR CENTRAL JAIL DUMDUM) if you do not trust my words still please go and check the senerio then you will understand.
