I got an appointment for 6 pm today, and I reached on time. I took appointment in d afternoon thatsy didnt called n checked before coming as the appointment was only few hours later. After reaching I was informed that doctor will be arriving half an hour later. But its 7.15 pm now and d doctor shanthi Devi is still not come and neither is she telling a proper time of her arrival. I am only getting d answer from d receptionist that she is coming, no time specified irrespective of asking her several times.

Most 3rd class place. The receptionist attitude is just like a VIP. I would say one thing to her: “ jab sakal achha na ho to bat acche kar leni cha hi ye”. I was discussing my issues with the doctor and only after 5 minutes the receptionist entered the room without knocking door and asked the doc there are more patient outside as if my time is over and each person is allowed to take 5 min only.It’s pathetic... Never visit there.

Most unproffesional atitude, only bother for money. even doctors donot give proper prescription in their letterhead.doctors qualification not displayed properly.specialist doctors are not up to the desired mark.

Horrible. Dont have specialist Doctors with MD and MS Qualifications in specific domain. Patients who are visiting this clinic should first confirm and check the qualifications of Doctors in particular domain before taking treatment from them.

Very poor service. The receptionist cant recognise the test to be done from doctors prescription. They dont know whereabouts of reports and when it will be available. Strongly recommend to not depend on them for lab tests especially if you need reports quickly or you getting some special or costly blood tests.

Basically a rip off. Charges double of what others do and not nearly as much qualified. Went with a bad fever and receptionist wrote my name and then continued chatting with some other person.

Worst general physician and even worst nursing staff. Can do dressing yourself lot better than them.

Fraud.actually they are removed from thyrocare and still they are using their banners and cheeting peoples.

Dr Verma was very good when treating my wife for dehydration.

Worst clinic. I went for checkup of fever and they dont even have thermometer.
