He is like God to me. I have been suffering from Slipped disc problem for a long time and I cant walk. And after my surgery I am now completely healthy and leading my normal life like before 😊😊😊😊.

Guyzz its a humble request plz dnt go to him, He is The worst doctor ever, such a rude, Pathetic Mannerless person, He doesn’t even knw how to talk to patients.My mother went to him today before going through her reports he s recommending her some certain kind of injection, and also was so rude “Aap log ko doctor ka baat samaj me nahi ata hai kya” Me baar baar nahi repeat karunga kaan khol kr sunye🙄 This is the way he talks to his patients.Digusting🙄🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡😡😡He literally wasted my time nd money.Also made my day spoiled😡😡😡😡😡

I dont understand why some people furnished some negative review about this legend, I dont think that there is any need of talking about his skill, in one word he can be emulated to GOD. Dr. Basu is not only a great doctor but also a very ethical and never tries to loot patients money which is almost antique in private hospital. So whoever is thinking whether this doctor is good or not, blindly you can go to him, he is not only good but a prodigy in this spine field, very few doctors are there in our entire country like him. Please ignore all the negativity in the reviews. My mother had a case of disc collapse in the lower half of her spine. There was a huge abscess. Overnight, she was paralysed in the lower half of her body. Could not move her legs and arms. My uncle was then a doctor at Peerless, and he recommended Dr. Basu. She was immediately shifted to Park Nursing Home under the care of Dr. Basu. This was on the 30th of March 2012. However, due to some religious festivals over the weekend, the operation could not be conducted immediately (this, in an emergency situation, where every minute was important). After the delay of 2 days, the operation took place on the 2nd of April. Dr. Basu was very clear that she could recover if he could detect movement in her legs. After the operation was over, he met us and told us that she would be okay. Over time, and with physiotherapy, my mother could walk again. Dr. Basu is nothing less than God to us. His analysis and treatment is very accurate, and he is polite and courteous when you interact. Definitely recommend Dr. Basu in case you have any spinal issues.

I dont have entire medical history of India but when it comes to spine & orthopaedics , there cannot be a better doctor than Dr. Saumya jit Basu. Even big doctors in .other discipline mention his name with respectHis reassuring smile and sweet behaviour will half - cure your disease.

In the year of 2012 while my father was suffering from sever backache & many doctors in Kolkata had no clue. The doctor in Apollo Chennai gave a quotation of 4Lakh & we had to come back. Met Dr. Basu & got the operation successful @35k. My father is fine till date.

He operated my father and placed screws in the wrong position. Never told about such mistake post surgery even after seeing post operative MRI plates. Had to consult doctors of NIMHANS and other places to know that the operation was partially successful. My father is still having severe pain and doctors are saying that redoing the procedure is the solution. Dr Basu has ruined my fathers life.

My father Lakshman Mukherjee has undergone laminectomy surgery recently under DrBasu. Jst Couldnt thank him enough, have never seen God but he is God for us. I was suffering from disc herniation & experiencing severe pain in my left leg while standing or walking....I got literally bedridden. Dr Saumyajit Basu suggested L4 L5 microdiscectomy and i was operated succesfully by him on 26/11/18 at Park Clinic. Now i am free from any sort of pain in my leg, can lead a perfectly normal life and perform my duties. I am very grateful to him. He is a very skilled & an excellent doctor !A big thanks to him....

Yes.. I totally agree with Mr Sanjib.. Dr Saumyajit Basu has literally killed my uncle after pushing a spin injection.. He passed away while pushing the injection. Cause is given as cardiac arrest In the death certificate. Dont even think of going to him.. era doc rupi soytan

MY EXPERIENCE IS PATHETIC IN THIS CLINIC, WHERE I WENT FOR MY FATHERS TREATMENT AROUND 2 MONTHS BACK. APPOINTMENT WAS FIXED PRIOR FOR DR.SOUMYAJIT BASU, MY FATHER IS 73 YEARS OLD HAVING A CRONIC LOWER BACK SPINAL PROBLEM, I HAVE TO ACCOMPANY HIM THROUGH WHEEL CHAIR, AFTER LONG WAITING WE MET DR.SOUMYAJIT BASU, AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL MY FATHERS MEDICAL HISTORY HE SUGGESTED FOR SPINAL ROOT CANAL INJECTION TO BE GIVEN IN KOTHA RI HOSPITAL, AS PER HIS GUIDENCE WE DECIDED TO GO FOR IT AND IN KOTHARI HOSPITAL HE HAS GIVEN THE INJECTION, AFTER 2 DAYS WE FOUND THAT MY FATHERS RIGHT LEG GOT SWELLEN LIKE BALOON AND GOT NUMB, HERE TO MENTION THAT BEFORE THIS INJECTION MY FATHER DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH HIS LEG , WE WENT TO HIM FOR LOWER BACK SPINAL PROBLEM.
