Although I havent visited the shop itself due to pandemic induced protocols, I can say for sure that they have a fantastic customer service with very responsive and well behaved staff who are ever willing to help and advice regarding any fish-keeping related queries. Monoj Das, who attended to my queries, was very well behaved and prompt. They have a wide range of quality products, many of which are of global brands. The fishes are beautiful and healthy which goes to show the care they take of their livestock while in the shop. I am sure to return for further purchases and queries and and will definitely visit their gallery eventually.

This place has unique variety of fishes with modern ADA equipments. You’ll find standard as well as costly equipments at this place for your aquarium. They’ve fishes, shrimps, aquatic plants, aquatic rocks (like Poland rocks), food/vitamins for fishes, etc. You can also take proper guidance on planning your first to already setup aquarium. They also have a YouTube channel to follow tutorials.

Seeing so good reviews, i tried to call for fish availablity and location, no one answered....After two weeks a person called took my details, i asked can i place order on-line , he told to whatsapp, again no response.. dont know whats the issue.

This the first time my visit to this particular state of the art facility, me along with my wife were really stoked to meet Goutam Sir for very first time in person.We are really glad that he has taken a simple hobby to a certain level and it is keep on soaring.I watched sirs video regarding how to make a revive aquarium if it is affected and devastated by algae, the most fearsome them as per my little knowledge is BBA i.e. black beard algae. In general people or others solution is totally dismantling the whole setup and start fresh, here is the difference. Sir explained how to abate these problems with step by step guidance.Second point I would like to mention here is his passion for native species, we all know the miss kerala i.e. ‘sahyadria denisonii’, apart from that there are lots of other species which me and my wife encountered for the very first time. I still remember how did he introduce sucatio with its structure similar to F16 jet and balitora as bulldog.Now coming to another point is his knowledge and prudent wisdom regarding maintaining a healthy and superabundant aquarium, he shares lots ideas with my wife as she is from biology background. Thank you sir for giving us time from your busy schedule.Last but not the least his stocks with world class products like ADA, Oase, 2HR Aquarist which he suggests which will be good one to start with are spell bounding and mesmerizing.His workshops or rather than I say his hall of fame of aquariums is really a laurel to this particular genre in Kolkata.

This place is definitely a one stop place for all nature inspired aquarium products.The prices are bit high...but they give favourable discounts when you buy a decent number of products.The high price is mainly because the quality of products is extremely great...they deal mostly in ADA products that are the best in class, but they do also have a few good quality substitutes at a relatively cheaper price.The people there are great to talk to...What I would suggest is be frank with them...tell them your budget and what type of aquarium/scape you thought to create and let them give you options.You can just follow the location in google maps and reach there...and you can just park your car by the road...

I wanted to buy aquatic plants to create a aquascape at home..they have awesome set up and people are there to assist you with what you need and what you can do. However the set up cost is high and being a beginner I felt de motivated as I wanted to try something new and wanted to aquascape in trial and error, and so wanted to buy just plants. I understand that the result may not be as Ive seen in youtube but I was ready to fail and learn.

I am an amateur in this hobby. One day morning I woke up and decided to build my own fish tank. At that point I had no idea what all that means. Might be bit expensive, but I can assure best in its class. Install once and forget forever with little bit of maintenance.So, you see, the hobby started with fish. Bought 14 cardinals, all were high quality. They store fishes based on Grammer. They dont directly sell fishes after procuring them. They keep them in quarantine. The result itself speaks, you get fishes healthy. Though the price is on the higher side we get better quality fishes
