Great food quality and tastes marvellous. But due to pandemic less staff are available and hence wait time is more. But the quality of food compensates for it.

Few days ago we grabbed egg chicken roll and chicken lollipops at Suruchi. They were so much tasty and satisfying. I would highly recommend for others too..

Worlds worst resturant.. I had ordered veg rice, chicken kosha and chicken chowmin .. The veg rice was totally burned and the chicken of the chicken kosha was totally smashed and musty the chicken chowmin was absolutely rotten.. I really dont understand how they serve such food... This is not only the matter of money but also of your health.. they have no right to play with someones health... Please stay away from this suruchi resturant and stay safe

Its not about the quality off the food. In fact the food quality was good. Its about the number they provided in the box. Sometimes the Chicken was missing too. But you cant contact them. No one will answer Google provide number or in the box number (both r same). And also the fried rice quantity was not the same.. Other than its a good restaurant. I dont know who to blame. The restaurant or deliver partner. Please answer the number. And your cooking is good. But maintain the quantity, sometimes 7 pieces sometimes 6 pieces but maximum time it was 8 pieces .. Regarding fried rice or chili chicken.i all most odder form you every day . So check before send the food. Thanks. Or use the uber or zomato strip.

This is probably the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. The quality of the food is astonishingly pathetic. I had food poisoning the very next day after having dinner from this restaurant. I am definitely going to write about this to the fssai. The services also suck..!! Especially the owner is so rude as if he is providing services for free. I would never suggest anyone to visit this restaurant. To write a review I had to give a rating otherwise this restaurant doesnt deserve any rating..!!Seriously atrocious..!!!! Very very delicious food

Disgusting service. They people dont know the manners how to deal with customers. I ordered a combo (mutton biriyani+raita+2 chicken kabab) but they delivered only 1 chicken wings in place of 2 chicken kabab. They do not have that much of knowledge how to manage app. When i called that resturent they totally ignore that complain & cut the call. I also told them i can proof this. They told they are not bothered what inside the order, they only bothered with the money. Worst restaurent ever i have seen.

Total unreasonable prices compared to the quality of food served. Stopped going there since the day they almost doubled their prices.

I ordered Affordable Combo 2 with some other items from Swiggy on 16th Mar 2019. But they didnt include Tandoori Lollipop with the combo. That day some of my guest wait for that combo which include the Tandoori Lollipop. It is very bad to not include items in any order.I never order foor from The Suruchi Food Center.
