I have been going to RB kakurgachi services ever since theyve opened this branch. Honestly, their services were good fir the initial few days but today, I have had the worst experience with them. 1) No sanitization protocols followed- no temperature check, social distancing or sanitizers given. Sanitizer station is installed but youre never asked to use them.2) One of the staff was constantly coughing and not even wearing a mask or applying sanitizer.3) No money receipt is given after payment. You only get your receipt via email or in paper ONLY AND ONLY after your service is done. Other than that, theres no proof to prove your payment incase any mishap happens in software.4) This is especially for their USG department. The staff of the department is absolutely ridiculous. They make you wait for no reason at all. I waited here today for 3hours. Being a medical professional myself, I assumed that it maybe due to patient outflow but unfortunately, to my dismay, the staff was enjoying frivolous discussions for most of their time and causing unnecessary delay to patients.This is very disappointing and I would never recommend people to come here.

During 2nd wave, they were the only one to provide home sample collection. Also tested for my domestic travel. Experience was fairly smooth

R B Diagnostics provides a wide range of test and best possible rates and their machineries are latest ones available in the medical field. I would prefer it over and above of any other such facility in the city.

The RB Diagnostics comparatively provides convenient services at affordable prices with the ease of home collection even for the Covid patients taking utmost precaution to deal with their samples. Most importantly the digital media team of RB Diagnostics has been constantly vigilant to guide and support me throughout the process from scheduling a test to collection of reports by answering all my questions without hesitation or delay. I would suggest everyone to seek the help of digital media team from google chat to get a prompt response about all your queries and to schedule any services when its urgent.

All the tests were done in systematic manner and the centre is clean and hygenic with fast working and co-operative staffs. They readily adress booking over calls and the only centre I can count on in difficult times.

Visited the clinic today with my mother to take a covid test.first I called them and the representative was polite. it was 12:30 pm then, she asked me to come by 1:00 pm but i said it is not possible and then she asked me to visit by 1:30 pm.We arrived before 1:30 and had to fill up forms. the place is clean and on Sunday, it remains pretty less crowded. the formalities took some time but the staffs are helpful.Covid test takes 950 /- per head. after payment the samples were collected within 5-7 minutes.though we were told that the reports will be available within 24 hours, we got it before 12 hours on whatsapp (we have negative Covid).The centre offers other diagnosis services and is recommended.Thanks

During pregnancy of my wife all USG done from RB but they are unable to find that two big holes in heart and heart is reverse. Due to this we lost our child after 4 months of birth.

Good service. I did blood tested here. They have provided me the reports in time and also i can download them from their app too. Small lounge place so it seems crowded sometimes. In this pandemic, they are urging everybody to wear masks so thats good. Thanks.

My experience was very good.I went there for MRI pelvis.I am highly claustrophobic. Doing MRI for me is just like am not dead but still lying in the coffin.They allowed my husband with me in the MRI room.He was holding my hands from outside the entire time.I was screaming when they started doing MRI,started crying..The lab technician took me out almost for three times..The lab technicians are extremely cooperative except one lady..

I was searching for diagnostic centres for getting medical tests done for a Covid positive patient. Most of the centres refused to do, or mentioned payment of additional charges for PPEs. For a simple chest xray costing Rs 300, additional cost would be Rs 1200. This includes a reputed private hospital in Salt Lake. Then I found RB diagnostic. They did the xray at a convenient time maintaining all the SoPs and COVID-19 protocols. No fuss about extra charges for PPE, Sanitization etc for handling. I must thank RB healthcare workers, management for their professionalism and services at such trying times.

I have had the worst experience. Im waiting for my reports to be verified with the doctor at the hospital, however I have still not received my reports. The people are not even picking up calls.

I had friends who needed to be tested as their sister had tested positive, got in touch with RB on a Wednesday afternoon at 2 PM , their representative Mr Sanjay requested due to pressing demand if my 3 friends could visit their topsia center in 45 minutes they could make sure of being tested the same day. Thanks to RB Diagnostic two tested negative and one tested positive. This enabled their home and business were further protected and they went on to create an event today which will put Kolkata on a growth drive. Its so easy for us to criticize health workers but lets take a deep breath and acknowledge their efforts to save our lives in this pandemic

RB Diagnostics Digital Marketing Team is really active and replies to all your queries and details very effectively. Even in the times of this pandemic, they helped me schedule home collection for my father and reports were send on the very same day.

Proper information is not available over the call. As I could make out, the CT-Scan equipment is not sanitised properly after each use.A COVID patient has to go and wait there along with other patients, causing hardship to the patient and risk to others.Wrong response about report delivery is given on whatsapp. This shows the casual approach of Employees.Overall good experience, need to improve a lot.

Hopeless service, I had to miss my international flight due to their casual attitude i took my test 2days prior to my scheduled flight ,however due to their CASUAL APPROACH towards the customers BOTH AT THE CENTER & THE CALL CENTER I had to bear the loss which were not atall entertained by them.I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO TAKE COVID TEST FROM RB DIAGNOSTIC LAKETOWN IF YOU ARE TAKING INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS ANYTIME SOON.

Be very careful about your USG REPORT.I did two reports from here within a span of 3months and both my reports varies which isn’t possible . They give you wrong report which is very vulnerable as your medication would be different which happened in my case . If your report has discrepancies you would never know !Even the management is very bad they just know how to keep you wait.

I HAD UNDERGONE BLOOD TEST TODAY MORNING. TWO REPORTS WERE EXPECTED TO COME TODAY EVENING AND ONE REPORT TOMORROW. BUT TO MY SURPRISE, I RECEIVED ALL MY REPORTS TODAY AFTERNOON ITSELF. HOPE THIS SPEED CONTINUES HERE.

VERY VERY DISSATISFIEDI had to do my PCR test for international flight and they could not deliver my report on time even after calling them several times they kept saying that I would receive it soon but I never did. I along with 5 other members missed a very important flight because of them.Please do not trust or depend on them for any important report to be delivered on time.

Yesterday I called in on RB diagnostics call centre number because no one responds at the number of their lake town branch provided in their web site. I scheduled for a home collection today at 9 a.m. this sample must be taken at 9 a.m. only. When no one came at 8.30 i called them. It was busy my number was noted but I didnt received a call back. I again called them only to know their was no booking from their end. The operator received my call yesterday did not book my home collection. An important day was lost due to their unproffessionalism.

When I called these guys told me that they are cghs approved lab. But when I visited the lab for test they said that this lab is not cghs approved lab.worst experience.

Worst lab, very non co operative , bad, arogent behavior, dont go, very bad customer care service, bad Receptionists.

Lack management and if your reports have discrepancies which is actually terrible and if you complain they will keep you waiting for more than an hour for another test drive as if it was our fault .

I required an urgent x ray of my knee called r b diagnostic home with portable x ray. They were very helpful and cake on time the whole process was very satisfying they took all necessary measures mask and gloves and kept sanitizing everything time to time.

Very poorly maintained time slot, they have poor communication among themselves, a blood sample was supposed to collect from home empty stomatch and after waiting 3 hours they called up and said sorry there is no one available to take the blood ( booking has been done 24 hours ago with payment done ), even during MRI scanning they lack proper guidance asking the patients to come in a perticular time and make them wait 3 hours if they do on spot booking ( they didnt bother to specify if we even need to book or mention a proper time ) which makes great loss of time. They dont value the time of the patients at all, at first I thought if I am facing problem but in the center we saw other patients complaining and seeking help for any issue arising ( which is caused mainly due to the attendents miss communications ). I would never reffer this place to anyone. The work might be done but one needs to face a lot of inconvinience in the whole process and being a patient its quite difficult to keep revolving around the center. Thank you.

Was very scared to take my mom for her check up to any diagnostic because of this pandemic but finally went to r b diagnostic saltlake branch they where extremely professional and felt very safe reports were sent on mail. Staff was helpful and supportive.

I went for Ultra Sonography today, in this COVID era I was surprised to see that they did NOT exercise precaution to lay sheet on the bed for every test and replace it after ever patient is done with.

Patients abdominal sonography report showing gall bladder condition is ok and good, however, patients gall bladder has already been removed. He does not have a gall bladder. RBs staff accepting as a printing error, while report is already signed by the doctor.

I had done CT guided FNAC for my grandmother from RB Diagnostic Lake Town on 20th November 2019 first of all they have made mistake in it so they again called it on 23rd November 2019 to do the FNAC. My grandmother suffers their mistake. And at the end their report is also not genuine. We have shown it to 2 to 3 doctors they have not accepted the report. Worth Diagnostic Center as per my experience I will not suggest it at all.

They didnt offer me earbuds for the MRI until I refused to do it because of the extremely loud noise.

My ovarall experience was good being survived here more than three hours. But a lady employee of this center seems oversmart and make unnecessary command to patients which may annoy you Sometime. She asked me to drink a half bottle of water in order to get done the test, then I came to know it was not at all required. I was lying in MRI tray for 1.5 hours to get my test done she said dont shake your head even a centimeter. Even she was always in hurry for everything, changing clothes, collection of blood and so.

After waiting almost 2 hours in the lobby to test USG for pregnancy. They said they will not allow Husband inside. Hope you know the importantance of presence of parents during USG scan.This information should be informed in advance, not at last minute.It’s a example of poor management and behaviour.I will not recommend and never visit again.

Sound management in MRI lacks. No music was audiable. Only MRI sound could be heard. Staff cooperative. Could have been better managed.

Overall experience is good, but I would like to bring to notice to the management about the waiting area TV , as people has to wait some time for longer periods in waiting area , TV quality earlier was very good, current tv picture is very poor and was affecting the eye, as we have no options but to watch tv please ensure good brand tv in waiting area. Worst experience last time when I went there, i took a booking for usg before a week and when I reach there with my wife they say there is no booking done. They said the doctor is not available and so I have to look for other options. When I enquired and asked why I was not been informed about that before my arrival over phone , they said there is no booking so how can they update me. Its really pathetic that such level of miscommunication is there between RB telecallers and Lake town stuff. I have proof of my booking in call recordings , unfortunately I could not attach that here, i hope if RB is sensible enough they would provide me their email id. It was a suffering day for me and my 8 months pregnant wife only because of fault of such telecallers recruited by RB. Probably they do not even take interviews of such people before recruiting.

Reception staff are the lake town head office branch are a bunch of morons. There are 4 to 5 staff at the front reception busy chatting among themselves rather than talking to the customer and being more informative. I went to collect a report and get a refund on a test. Mr. Somnath at the reception was busy chatting with other staff regarding non work related topic and advised me to wait. After waiting for half an hour I went back to him and he couldnt recollect anything. Then he realised that he forgot to advise the cashier to action the refund. Again waited for the refund. After collecting the refund I asked the cashier about my report! She made a face that I have asked something thats not her responsibility. Finally another staff next to her looked for my report and handed it to me. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN.

I went for TVS sonography and was told to keep my undergarments on the floor near the dustbin. The floor was dirty and had medical waste and the dustbin was obviously overflowing with waste. How can the doctors ask me to keep my undergarments on the floor during the test and then expect me to wear the same again after the test is done? Is the service im paying for? Highly unprofessional and unacceptable coming from a renowned medical laboratory.

Receptionists at Lake Town Branch are very rude. They harrass general patients including CGHS beneficiaries. They talk rudely over phone. They are very much irresponsible and callous. Sometimes they forgot to send their person for blood collection after confirming by SMS. Even they makes mistakes while typing, which they do not admit
