Staff behaviour (Arpita) and service is outstanding and excellent. Very much impressed with it, probably best out of the nearby outlets. But had issues with the products.

Worst service ever received. Coaxed me to take a bad quality frame and over priced lense which didnt suit my daughter. When I revisited to convey my problem and negotiate, they just didnt pay heed to it and make me bound to leave the store unattended. I would recommend no body should ever visit Lensekart Uttarpara.

And top of all, scamming people into buying lenskart gold and then again scamming people into buying their premium lenses only which can be labelled okay not even good! And the lower ranges are out of words! Disgusting! Wasted ₹2600 making the worst spectacles of my life! They trick you into thinking their schemes are brilliant, but when you actually understand what they are doing, youd understand that theyre basically making you pay double for what youd get from any other local or even brands like Crizal! On top of that extremely bad quality of lenses, from brands which no one have heard off. I would never recommend lenskart to anyone ever!

Behavior of staff is good until you buying spectacles from their store. But, once ur spectacles has been broken, they will denied to provide their service whatever u have done insurance for the product.Too much irresponsible people @ Lenskart store at khanna (kolkata).

Power testing is not good and i am not satisfied with their lense quality

I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. No doubt, lens cannot be better than this (at least in my budget) but what can be done only with lens? There should be good frames as well. I will have to buy a new one as this frame is really uncomfortable. They did not take the size properly due to which the frame is short in size for me and in fact it hurts at the back of my ear where the frame rests. Thats all from me, if u looking for a good place to buy specs from, DO NOT choose lenscart. I got carried away with the offers they give but believe me, they loot us, its really costly and not worth it.

I am an ophthalmologist..senior consultant at kothari medical centre.i went to uttarpara lenskart on 17 5 19 at around 12.30pm to purshase a pair of glasses and contact lens for my daughter but i was very displeased with the behaviour of one of their optometrist (a thin short girl around 22 yrs of age)she was rude and argued with me regarding my subject...she had no respect for a doctor of her field ..had limited knowledge.The othe optometrist was good and well behaved.I would like to ask the store to make that girl rectify her attitude .Dr Rituparna ChatterjeeConsultant ophthalmologist

Worst customer service

Very good place but you have to take two frame as we know at lenskart store. In my oder it cost around 4,300 aprox(power glass +water resistant +anti reflecting coating and much more). Staff are also good. But lenskart do not provide any free glass cleaning solution it is payable this is bad thing i noticed. In my opinion it is provide free of cost
