All they are very good. The main thing is my spec for what I went to the store mainly. I have purchased a spectacle which is progressive. Im more satisfied than previous all of my specs. It Just awesome.One more important thing that I would like to share, About all of their attention & patience.Ill always suggest to go for Lenskart all of my relatives. Specially Nagerbazar, Because they have made me wow.

As a customer when I visited to the store, I feel wow by the store atmosphere. They have maintained there hygiene properly. The most important thing is hospitality what has done by all of them very well. The man who is the store manager hes very knowledgeable person & also polite. Overall its really very good experience for me.

I purchased a good costly spectacle from this shop.They told me to give post sale service as technician is available all time. Recently on 11th oct 2020 I visited the shop for tightening the spectacle, but the young man over there told me it will take 7 days for minor repairment. I denied to give him my spectacle as I dont have any substitute one. I immediately rushed to another normal spectacle shop and got repaired within 5 minute without any charge.I came back to this lenskart shop to report and show my repaired spectacle but that young man over there made very rude behavior and said I can do or report anywhere I like. The staff of the store is not at all cooperative. They will ask you to wait outside of store without giving any proper reason and will ask what is the purpose to visit the store. I suppose purpose of visting lenskart is quite mainstream. Definitely they will not sell chicken manchurian to me there. When there is no customer in store and still they dont allow u to enter coz they r busy with theri phones then I consider it to be highly unprofessional. Not gonna visit their store again

Excellent Service.My mother broke her spectacle frame and the glasses needed a new one. Finding all optical shops closed within vicinity, I was surprised to know that the store is open amidst this National Lockdown. Moreover, the two personnel present, namely, Arghya and Moloy, took a look very patiently, for atleast 45 minutes for a substitute frame, without any success. Eventually they ideated with fixing the broken frame and resulted in repairing the spectacles temporarily, upgrading the nose pads to a new one. We were relieved to get it done. And guess what they charged for the services? Nothing. It was Free!!!!

I have visited the stores around 20:30. They were so much busy to close the shop, they almost said “ no” to everything we wanted. Not recommended. Go to the kankurgachhi shop. They are good.

My experience at the NagerBazar Lenkart is good. The staff are well behaved and patiently helped me with trying out frames. The young lady optometrist Chandrima who was present seemed very well trained.Highly recommend. Will surely come back again for my next frames.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I was literally fooled by the Sales guy of this store. I went to purchase two sunglasses from the Nagerbazar store and wanted to avail the offer of Buy 1 get 1 Free.During the billing, the Sales guy said that there is a Lenskart Gold Membership which comes for Rs. 500 and it is mandatory in order to avail this offer. Later on, I came to know from one of my friends that this offer is not at all mandatory for sunglasses but for eyeglasses. I was literally charged Rs. 500 for nothing.Moreover, I noticed later that one of my sunglasses was of S size whereas the other M. I came to realize that this store values nothing for customer satisfaction and all they care for is their Sales by fooling their customers and upselling their services.I contacted Customer Support and went for the refund of the Gold Subscription. Surprisingly, the store said I have to return the sunglasses as well in order to generate the refund. I was really satisfied with one of the sunglasses which I had to return because the Sales guy had made me fooled in the first place.The entire process was a waste of time and harassment for me which ultimately gave me NOTHING!

Not upto the mark...the expected comfort is missing on power specs...specsy may be sexy but it is not for your eyes. Titan eye plus or GKB or Himalaya are much better and accurate.
