That guys are too much insensitive person,Beheaviour is so so chip,They dont know how to build a relation with customer & specially managers are very bad ,& The most important think is always just look into money & money nothing else,Just example if any one payment by card ! Those people have also pay for the 2% of the total amount for ECS charge.after that they commited to give the 5 free services in a year, but the think is that my first service charge was just 985/-But why i dont know!After that if your vycycle number is coming the receipt of the RTO then you also pay 100/- rupees !!! But why i ll pay so many extra amount ?????

It was same experience as Anand Kumar to me. They were iresponsible. They Said to people for registration one months but they were not keep their word. I was buy a Passion Pro on 6.2.18 but not registered till date nor any message I received. I found some other people in the showroom facing the same problem and frastrating there. But my office collegue bought a suzuki bike and get registration message within 15 days.

Very bad...was told one month for bike registration but it has already been one and half month now and showroom guy keep saying next week next week. I better should have bought honda , tvs or any other company.

Correct your Supervisors contact information nad spare parts contact also..

Unprofessional behavior. They take time more than they say and most importantly no one knows whats going and dont give the importance to time of others.

I purchased my first two wheelers from here only..n will never ever recommend anyone to purchase anything from here..highly unprofessional peoples..they dont even know their customers and forget to get a solution from them for your problem..moreover they sell whatever it is in the storage without checking..that too with full sweetness n confidence..and about the service center just forget about that they are just there for time pass..
