Urja Gym World :- The Trainer of this gym is very good, He knows a lot of Techniques which are really working in the body. But most of all I feel that there is a lot of work to do here, So the trainer is not able to use anything special right now, And it is bad to see that if we had a little more New Equipments, Air conditioners, little Bit Space in the gym, then maybe it would have been a different view. Otherwise no doubt gym is really good and Well Educated Trainer we have like Sumon da....

You know being a civil service aspirant I really dont get much time to interact with people for the vast studying process, and being an extrovert it is really necessary to communicate with people to get stable 😅, therefore, this place gives me a lot of opportunities to interact with a great crowd. And I think I would like to keep this reason on the top.Secondly, I wanna talk about my trainer, the one and only Suman Da, is another diamond in the crown, this guy is far more dedicated and experienced towards his job, more than we could think. Ill give it a 4 cuz the trainers r good. They help the trainees with everything they got. Gym got supporting infrastructure plus the equipments r in good condition to work with. Overall its a nice place to workout.

Every thing is not perfect.some times fan is not working,leg press is not fast as you want.AC is not fine.

Theres payment charges is large amount but heres equipment & facilities are so good. Heres fitness trainers are so good with there muscular body fitness with some professional achievement. All over the multi gym is perfect but a bit more costly.

In this vicinity this gym has all modern equipments along with knowledgeable trainer.... Accessibility is very convenient... friendly environment.. specialy thanks to the Owner Mr. Deep Das for comming up with all necessary facilities in this gym .

First of all all the trainers are nice in behaviour and of course as a trainer as well. Ambience is alright if not better, kudos to that. A decent sized locker is provided to all the members to keep the belongings. Equipments are also of good quality. The place is air conditioned with one small washroom and one changing room. Considering all these the monthly fee is on the moderate spectrum. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this Gym to anybody.

I myself started here from january 2019...before Durga Puja I got remarkable transformation...I lost fat gained muscles...got good development in my legs..the trainers are really well trained with good knowledge...nice gym environment with all sort of equipments from keeping you fit to blasting your muscles...really the experience was nice...

Its a nice multigym with all kinds of workout equipments but the place could have been a lot bigger. The place has got centralized Air conditioning system and the environment is simply amazing with music to cheer you while you workout.

Its an average gym. The equipment is okayish. Not bad for a beginner person to workout. And it is completely AC regulated so thats a relief with a dedicated changing room and a washroom.
