Their behavior towards the customers is very good,Also the sales executives have pretty good knowledge about all the baby products also they are very very well mannered.The shop has a large collections of baby products.In simple it deserves 5 stars.

Bought a pair of shoes last week for my 3yr old...the shoes had light at the ankle area... it dint last even for a week. I took them to the shop today.6th day..I was told to get the batteries changed from a clock shop. I bought the batteries, took them to The Child Company once again. The salesboy couldnt fix them. These shoes cost 1000 bucks.I would like to add that after this review, I was informed that the store had decided to exchange the shoes for whatever I would like to buy. I went to the shop today and got a lovely fairy type dress for my little one. Got it exchanged with the shoes.Thank You Child Care Company. I will now add more stars .

Previously a Firstcry store and directly opposite to Malancha Cinema, its a heaven for baby needs. Has a huge range of all products for maternity to baby to even toddlers from budget to premium. Preferred more than Little Shop or Mothercare stores.

Store is really good and the staffs are very co operative. Location of the store is pretty good but there is no parking space in front of or nearby the store and second they have very less inventory/stock. You can shop for new born/kids wear/accessories or essentials here. They accept Debit Card/Credit Card/Cash/UPI and other payment methods.

My experience is just excellent. I wanted a luvlap electric breast pump worth 2495.. so I called them to confirm if they have it or not however when my father went to buy it they gave hima different one worth 4295 and my dad still bought it since it was urgent. But i refused to take it as I was confirmed on the availibilty of the other product. When I called back the store they appoligised and was ready to accept the return but to my surprise they called me back and said that they have found the product I was looking for and would like to deliver it to my home. They returned the balance amount as well. And also gave a barbie doll as gift for my baby girl.Really appreciate the whole staff of THE CHILD’s CO

Amazing collection and courteous staff. I am happy with the response I received during my last visit to the store. I am delighted that now I can get stuff at the same price at which it is available online and get additional benefit of free delivery and touch and feel experience.
