I am the existing customer of UCO bank since last 28 years +POOR SERVICE & Customer Relationship below standardIn this Kasba Rathtala ( Dhakuria) Branch there is issue with Assistant Manger Every time Create issue time of Cheque Withdrawal,Then ask account holder to show ID Card or Who are you ? every time,Cash set up Assistant manger in different location there is huge communication issue .Branch Manger is Good

I usually go there to deposit cash.all staffs are good but bit rude. According to me.
