Terrible employees and their behaviour

In a congested locality and encroachments are an eyesore.

Worse behaviour of the LADY staff... With the existing customer ( account holder) today (31st August 2019) at round abt 12.30pmIn absence of MANAGER in the Bank... the LADY..who is performing... his/ her duties..behaved roughly with the customer..This LADY insulted the customer (ac holder).. In front of whole lot of customers saying what not....A big question... IS THIS THE WAY GOVT BANK DEALS WITH CUSTOMERSOR RATHER IS THIS THE WAY... ALLAHABAD BANK... STAFF DEALS with the CUSTOMERSthen Ist... TRAIN ur staff to be customer friendly... & then deal with front office....TO BE very specific... I am that Ac holders wife... Having a joint SB Ac in Rashbehari ave branch... I work in an emergency.. Service deals 1000 of customers per day....Shame on Allahabad Bank R.B.Avenue.. StaffsAtrocious behavior...not expected...Dear MANAGER.. SIR...It is a discredit on ur part...

This is placed in a congested area.the place cannot be easy noticeable in a normal traffic.Even you cant find easily and become puzzled.The branch is average clean.Drinking water and bathroom is not available here.wheelchair is not available here for physically challenged citizens.The staffs behaviour of cash collecting counter are very rude.one of them cant talk properly.also they are not helpful.the service of this branch is very bad.last year I went there for deposite of fees to admission in engineering.but after 5 days the challan service is not started.also the bank managers behaviour is very bad and rude.He thinks that he is the head officer of alk branch.he harrased me at that time when I am in tension and I want for his help.but he told me that Dont expect from this branch ,like that I beg his mercy.He was so rude to me that my nervous breakdown occurred.also the other staffs dont do their work properly.they didnt give me a bank draft of 40000 without a pan card whereas UBI has given it.They show me the list of rules.so If you create a account in this branch you might face a trouble in future when you really need money for emergency.one more thing I noticed that staffs arent coming in correct time.they usually come after 15 to 20 minutes or above.I think this bank and branch is school of rules and nightmare for citizens.BETTER TO AVOID IT.

Good bank with helpful staff members. Wide choice of options of account and one of the most busiest bank branches.
