Well behaved staffs but not at all trained in providing any kind of solution for net banking issues. Very poor customer service, we have to. Wait for long hours just to get no proper solution totally a waste of time very disgusting!
I wonder why Kasba Branch is having such low trained and disrespectful employees to manage customer queries. Passbook update - the reply is its not happening (no technical issue) they will inform you the balance verbally. The service seems worse now after the merger as Indian Bank. Do the staffs/PO been trained and do they undergo any skill development program !
Bank staffs are good but clients are suffering for internet link problem. In this modern era they are using BSNL line. I suffered for last 2 days only for a NEFT emergency service for my doughter School Admission. Atlast I have to go to another branch. Decoration is not everything. Client service is the last word.
In this modern day and age if a bank undergoes link failure on a daily basis then that branch or the bank itself should be closed down permanently.
Service is extremely bad, for activation of one ATM card they have taken more the 1 wk and still not do the task
