Stephen House HDFC provided wrong information, due to closing my HDFC account, Ms. Koley advice me to go home branch, after going home branch ( college Street), one relationship manager advice me all branch can close a/c if a/c is belong to other branch. Very disappointed the services of Stephen House HDFC Bank.

Who is Rima , I want to know. She is very bad lady, even she dont know how to talk to the respective customers. Plz give her termination later immediately. Plz do the needful HDFC Manager.

Beware they pray on retired/old people.if your parents are having account/credit card/debit card please keep watch time to time.

This branch of HDFC bank is conveniently located in Dalhousie area in the heart of Kolkata. Its a duplex branch with operations on the ground floor and relationship managers upstairs. bank staff are very co-operative, helpful and supportive. They have got relationship managers to help customers in their banking needs. They have also got imperia relationship manager. The branch have two ATMs, one in front and the other on rear. The branch is a throughfare.

Very irresponsible behaviour from staff, they promise a lot of services never keep their word. No accountability whatsoever. Manager is never available. Avoid this branch

Helping desk is really so poor dont know how to behave
