Awesome location. With the Baranagar (Dunlop) metro station in close proximity, this complex is fully connected to the rest of KOLKATA. The complex is right on BT road and is a landmark.Construction is decent and the flats are well-planned. The Space group is reputed enough and the staff is helpful.There are still some flats listed which offer great view of the Dakshineshwar temple, the Hooghly river and BT road, if you fancy that.Prices are currently rocketing because of the metro station and its location on BT road, but the complex and society is worth it.

The most untrusted developers I have ever come across. When I booked the flat they didnt gave the correct flat size... While agreement they increased the flat size and demanded more money. Now I cancelled the flat they are not returning back the booking amount.. Every other day they are telling a new date. Is this is how you treat your customers?

Beautiful architecture plans. Situated on B. T. Road. Apparently it seems that Developer gives best quality fitting of the flat.

Very good complex and builder. When metro will extended upto Dunlop, it may be the best connectivity in North Kolkata.
