Amazing Construction , though I dont have any flat in this project but I visited this project in July 2021.I must say the Oswal Group projects are one of the best premium Construction in kolkata.Agarpara in not a developed area currently but coming down the line it will be developed soon because of the upcoming metro station.

It is the best housing complex in north 24 parganas its close to the city, it is well maintained, it is made up of high quality material and the whole City along with Ganges can be seen from every room. It has two high speed elevator in each of the tower it has a garden in 21st floor! I loved it.

Orchard 126 is located at Agarpara Tetultala, 7mins from Dunlop stopage. Its a twin tower high-rise project. Amenities like infinity swimming pool, banquet, community hall, playing rooms with table tennis, pool table, chess and kids playing room is also available. The view from the project is awesome. Ganga, Dakshineswar temple, airport can be seen from here.

I am one of the Flat owner. for each and every point you have to be very careful while dealing with this promoter. They will take long days for showing the plan related issues. They will take months time to share the draft of agreement. every time they will charge interest on Demand and while chasing they will tell dont pay its system generated. you will find mismatch of Carpet area from their brochure and agreement. They will charge the miscalculated interest from your bank without intimating you.if you are too smart and can handle all this with the promoter : you cango ahead with this project. If you are easy people , dont know too much tricky things, its better to avoid them.because once you get in it is not wise to come out since you will loose huge money and time.
