After a few emails and phone calls with them I decided to buy from them. The service was excellent, they accommodate a change I need to make during production. Harmonium was made to my specification. Received the harmonium without any problems or damage. I will surely recommend H Paul and Co to anyone who needs a harmonium.Living in Canada and trying to buy a harmonium from a company in another continent is not easy but these guys made it looks so simple as if I am buying right in Canada.Thank you Paul Ji for a job well done on my harmonium I will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for a harmonium.Rabindra

CHECK END FOR EDITS.HONEST REVIEW AFTER USING FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS.i purchased a 13 scale 4 reed harmonium from h paul and co well over 3 and half years ago and it has been a very unpleasant experience.the harmonium has been nothing but an endless money pit.the reeds used on the harmonium are truly terrible and replacements cannot be found anywhere. h paul and co charges 10,000/- for the 4 sets of reeds plus the shipping and to be honest i dont think its worth repairing anymore.one of my stops doesnt close completely and once in a while the coupler comes off loose and doesnt work unless i tighten the screw on the coupler mechanism.even the wood on my harmonium has started to crack. this harmonium has been nothing but an unraveling disappointment over the course of 3 years.Edit1: got in contact with H Paul and they asked me to send in the harmonium to Kolkata so they can take a look at it. I will be paying for the all the parts and shipping expect the labor which will be on the house. I will edit this further once I send into their workshop and get it back.

Nice place if u want to buy music instruments. I got a electric Guitar with reasonable price from them. Its a century old shop.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This company are using the reputed Paul & Co. name to try and market their Harmoniums. These are NOT GENUINE Paul & Co. Harmoniums and are nowhere the quality of the genuine instruments. Do not let yourself get conned.

I purchased 2 Reed scale changer harmonium for RS 34500/- price worth RS 20000/- they claimed RS 3500/-for transport . Plus I paid rs5000/- for tuning they didnt done tuning I asked for tuning they didnt done
