Vast expanse of green fields. With ample underground parking space. Amenities like parks and playgrounds available. Apartments got great lobby space and spacious floor areas. Overall good for its worth. Only minus point, still under construction with many flats on hold.

One of the best society to live in Calcutta !! Spacious flats, lots of lush green fields for a walk or a game of football, shopping complex and a movie hall (yes !) Within the compound and multiple facilities from swimming pool to gym to what not ! Recommend staying here if you are looking for a lovely place to spend 2-3 yrs in the city.

Very clean and good looking society. However, the place lacks a sort of vibe that could give it a little charm. Id say the people living here could use a better social connection to interact with each other.

Coming back to Uniworld after about 6 7 years. Felt the presence of Cosmopolitan India. The Yuppies have a strong presence. Facilities and amenities are very good and if you stay in a properly located building you can view a gorgeous sunset. Generally a very peaceful place. And like all other walled and secured community you can never give any one a surprise visit

Location is not good Moreover there is no pH or internet connection. While booking a Uber had to wait for long but couldnt connect to the cab! Hence bad experience. However, atmosphere is good inside!

Very unusually no people, no shop near by, the mall is 50%open only, you will not have a coffee, if you want. Even the residential building is also half empty.

While UNITECH Uniworld city is a Oasis within the craziness and horn blaring roads and houses around Kolkata the fact that there are so many apartments yet to be delivered leaves something to be desired.Harmony apartments and the area around looks deserted except for only one building completed.What was even more troubling roads around the complex looked unkept which I had not seen earlier.Once all deliveries are complete and all the associated buildings are painted then we can step back and evaluate, is the complex living up to its reputation.

There will be a separate garden, multigym, shopping complex, Basement parking, swimming pool, Downtown central plaza shopping mall developed by the Uniworld City, Multiplex, etc. A great highly accommodate flats, lavish accommodation, a great atmosphere and ambience. Spread over 100 acres to developed by the unitech group. Highly appreciating. You will be reach here by shapoorji bound any bus. Dont worry there will be a lots of cab service available from here. But needs lots of improvement by transport system.

Nice place for hangout with friends. Spacious and less crowded. Got some good Cafes for tea, coffee and snacks. Plenty space for parking. Near Hazratala bus stop at Rajarhat, Newtown.

Developing this area day by day. But the main problem is this is too far from the city of joy. And after 8PM no public transport. One of the most drawbacks. Ambient is calm and pleasant because of being it is situated around village area. Nice landscaped area can be find in your camera so one advantage for the photographers. This city is designed in a modern and smart way. Electric buses are available here during office time but not so frequent. Electric posts and all the drains are undergrounded so environment friendly and clean. Lack of proper shops and shopping malls. Prices of flat and rents are increasing day by day. So better to buy as soon as possible. But the people who once stays in Kolkata cant be feel good here. Many service roads are provided here so hope it will be a congested free road in future once it becomes 2nd city of joy, Ha Ha.

Rainman, I think this is the first time anyones posted this idea as an OP. Usually were saying it in response to someone wanting to decrease the character minimum. I just read a restaurant review (whose minimum is only 100) in preparation for an upcoming business trip that said something like, I dont even know where to begin! So good mmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm! Delicious is all I can say! Well, honey, if thats all you can say, why the #%&! are you writing a review?I understand that brevity can be a virtue, but when you cant state more than an opinion, dont waste my time by posting a review. Many members see reviews as a way to express themselves as opposed to helping other travelers. It seems like they want to make themselves feel good by letting the world know what they think, but theyre not giving travelers anything useful to read. Maybe increasing the character minimum will be a step towards changing that philosophy.

This mall has all basic things to make the locality self sufficient

Its a clean and quiet place. Not fully opened but one can get all the necessities.

This is the biggest gated community in Kolkata Newtown. There are different categories of apartments available in this neighbourhood. Built quality is great. Roads, gardens, parks, condominium, adjacent Downtown Mall, clubs, swimming pools are there inside Unworld City. This place is very near to DPS Newtown,Unitech office space, Eco Space. There are 3 hospitals nearby and more are in the offing. Nice place to live in Newtown. Security is also great. Maids, maintenance available.

Under developed mall, not sure that will proper things will be available or not.

Its fairly new but its slowly turning out to be a good place. Considering the location its yet to see a whole lot of crowd but I am sure, given a year or so it will give the most established malls in the city a run for their money.

Good society to live in and works as a self sustaining ecosystem as it has a mall, good places to eat, and all other amenities of a society!A little secluded though, difficult to get a ola/uber to come there so always have a vehicle with you!

Very nice & brand new PVR cinema is there. Very big campus. You wont believe your eyes how big it is until you ho inside. Nice mall to hangout & watch movies (PVR) shop groceries (Spencers) etc. [[Jockey, Titan, Reliance Digital, LensKart, Helth & Glow]] are added bonus.

A good community with some amenities such as a tennis court. Security is good and the buildings are still under construction. The build quality like okay from inside and out does not offer very large flats. Okay for investment purposes as there are citys top tech parks nearby.
