The architecture is good. The plan is amazing. Loved all the facilities, but the prices start from 65 Lacs. Overall, nice place and good construction. Do check it out.

I own an apartment here. I considered multiple points before sealing a deal. Thumbs up if you see this helpful.1. Nearby Tech parks: Almost all the Big Fish IT companies located in 7-8 KM radius of this place.2. Hospitals, malls are nearby.3. KMDA and Hidco are jointly in charge for the development, so we can expect this place to develop in next 5 years a lot.4. Nearby metro station is coming up and that is in 2 KM approx.5. Many govt offices are shifting here from Dalhousie.6. Awesome amenities are offered here by the builder which you cant find in any of the projects in Newtown/Rajarhat area.So, dont just relax, book a flat NOW if you are working professionals and wants to live luxurious life within your budget.

I find the project to be at the best possible location with the all the major amenities and facilities. Would be one of a kind society once its completed.

New Heights ..Near DLF 2.. patharghata panchayat area

The project is very near to TCS, Gitanjali park on one side approx 1.3kms and also is just 4kms away from Shukhobristi Project. As per locals there are vegetable and fish markets nearby. The project has good amenities so we don’t need to go outside. The construction quality is good. Only drawback is the nearby road till TCS which has almost no lights and is very narrow. Also as per the builder there is a plan(Govt/Local authorities) to connect the road to Uniworld road via a new small bridge over the canal. Probably that is now in a back burner due to covid. Overall it is a very good project with food amenities.

Great construction material used. A bit off place. Narrow roads. Bazaar sits also on d same road. No other apartments coming up. So it will take long time to develop

Well planned. The location will develop rapidly and will be very close to Newtown CBD. There are upcoming roads which will conect the project from three sides.

Very good - money to value ratio.Location is perfect for living as there is all the big 5 company buildings you can see from the window. Situated in very interior place of pathargatha. Adjacent road is very narrow and muddy. There is no scope of expansion. Dont buy it.
