Purti Veda is located in Action Area I behind the upcoming project PS One10. Developed by Purti Group, this project has all the needed amenities and features. I will explain some of my observations post physical inspection.Location wise I give 4 stars. Action Area 1 is already a developed place so no comments. Only drawback is the actual position of the project. The entrance is backside kind of and the approaching road is narrow and not on main road.View from apartments are not comparable with each other as only few blocks and unit types have good views not all - this is my personal comment. Like Block 1A Type A or D, Block 1B Type A or B or D, 1D Type B or C. Other units may be good if taken higher floors between 8th to 12th floors.Regarding construction, I would give 3.5 stars as they are using traditional RCC frame with Bricks n Cement. At this age builders are using latest Mivan construction. So I would have expected latest technology. However, with traditional construction you can do some internal changes to your unit plus this is not high rise, so not a big deal.Price is competitive to the market and with the reputation of Purti, it should not pinch you too much if your budget is around 55 to 75 L. However, I would have expected at least AC apartments at this price. Moreover AC installation manually ruins the external beauty of a complex.If you are facing the main gate from outside, left side view is blocked upto 5th floors. Right side has a vacant land and may see a small project which may block view upto say 6 or 7 floors. Behind the project, you get PS One10 which blocks full view upto 12 floors. Another vacant land available behind for a possible bigger project in future. So the only nice view of waterbody is at the front which you can get it above 6th floor onwards.Coming to basic need of a grocery, departmental store for daily items. Not available much options outside the complex, so you need to take your 2 or 4 wheelers to get them from AXIS mall or nearby stores not much within walkable distance.Overall, I would give a thumbs up to this project for an overall feel good factor being in Action Area 1, good views from some of the blocks, good amenities from a good builder. Marketing team is active and responsive. Only a few things needed a thought before you give this project a choice to buy. All the best.
