Well and beautiful place for living all facilities like water electricity are superb.but Im not giving five star because of I was in f block apartment sun and air are not reached at windows .

Good Appartment, well maintained. Clean & organised, good security. It is one of the cleanest apartment in Topsia area of Kolkata. Many of the people who stay here are migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Staying over here....it has a park for children,community hall,lift in each block,good water facility,proper arrangements for cleaning and washing ...the cons are - doesnt have 2 much space for parking,some of the blocks are blocked from all side so dey dont get sunlight and air...

Great build quality. Neat to science city. Majority of residents are Muslims.

Only apartment complex having childrens park within in Topsia/Tiljala locality.

Too narrow and congested road..only one small car can pass...hardly 30% open space for flats..congested and poor ventilation within...lift can only carry 2adults... entrance is also narrow....place is full of pollution and congestion...locality is also not so good..not a ideal place for living

Every thing is perfect but one thing is bad narrow street between buildings and also should not have deserve a cleaning bikes shop is hazardios.
