It is newly built (2018), however very bad in terms of fittings, carpentry, plumbing and ventilation and the basic design. Everything falling apart, leaking and nobody takes responsibility for the bad work. High on promises, but never delivers. To make matters worse, there is a playground right in front, where football matches happen at midnight on top of the daytime cricket. Absolutely horrible to live.
