The engineers are not at all knowledgeable. I went to install an internal m.2 ssd for my hp x360 laptop. Without knowing the actual mobo diagram, they said that m.2 slot is not available. It is pretty well present beside the ram space. This was totally unexpected and waste of time.

The shop is right next to Lalani on R. N. Mukherjee Road, opposite to the petrol pump. The shop is often very crowded during the day, which shows that the place has a decent to well reputation. The prices you get here are at times phenomenal! Most other times items are at about the same rate as other computer hardware stores. Do visit the store when you consider buying PC parts, you just might get an unbelievable rate!

The behaviour of the staffs was pathetic. I opted for an EMI purchase and took approximately 4 hours to process the request and deliver me the product. I continuosly asked to hurry up the process but they were busy doing their stuffs and was lethergic towards my work. Horrible experience.
