Purchase one Smart TV yesterday. Delivered it today at 1-30 pm and till waiting for installation. Whole day spoil for receiving and installation. No value of time. Few min back call their executive but he did not pick up my phone or ring back later.

Beware of any purchase made from this place. As per their over smart executives this organization has no connection with the famous THE GREAT EASTERN TRADING Co. and it is a completely different entity. Though the logos are visually same but on deeper inspection one can find different tag lines. I was fooled when I brought a 32 inch Panasonic from here and paid Rs. 18,500. I ended up paying extra 500 to learn this fact. Please share this info as much as possible.

Excellent atmosphere and the staffs are very much cooperative , jovial. A wide range of products are available. Everyone can get the promotional offers as and when needed.

The place hosts many types of electronics appliances. EMI facility is also available. Stock should be better. There are very few options you would get for one particular electronic item. Behaviour of staffs is good but they intentionally lie and mislead to sell the products. They provides false information and try to brainwash customers.

Do I have the capability to purchase that is the first question asked by them. I went there for there name & fame. Previously I had a good experience with Dalhousie Branch. But this Hridaypur Branch really SUCKS.

Place is much better than Khosla Electronics. Prices are more competitive.

I would not recommend people to buy anything from them. When you visit their store they will promise to give more than 100% service satisfaction but in practical they even dont bother to receive your phone call..I bought a tv from them and asked when you can deliver and install the tv. They promised it will be done by next day for sure. I would be more happy if you clearly say it will take 3/4 days to deliver , I am fine with that. I call more than 20 times in 3 different numbers provided in the invoice but nobody answered. I would recommend to reconsider your visit at great eastern..

Similar to any other Great Eastern shop. However, my experience was not that good. I ordered an AC and took almost more than 12 days to deliver. They simply forgot to deliver to their given delivery date. After too many follow ups they delivered it after two or three days of agreed delivery date. Bad customer service. Also they created problem with waiver of installation charge.

Its a bogus store. I have the worst experience with this store. I had purchased a AC 5 days back. But still no delivery. They are the great lair. I never recommend anybody to purchase anything from this store. I heard after sales service is also very poor.

The trading company has every electronic goods under one roof but there is lack of camera varieties.Delivery can not be completed with in scheduled dates.Where other companies deliver their goods with in 24 hours, the take at least 4/5 days!!!

A basic electric gadget shopping store in Rathala Road, Barasat. There are a wide range of e-gadgets over here. Speakers, washing machine, gysers, laptops and what not is available. I must say that the quality of product are great and genuine. Also, the discounts they imply on the products is high, especially on festive days. However, the staffs although being kind, gives very less bit of information about the specifications of any specific product. You have to literally push them to know about anything related to product. But the servicing is great and well appreciable. Overall, except for staffs everything including the location is great. It is a must visit place if you ever want to buy any electronic product.

Some of the stufffs are hugely irresponsible and after selling iteams they forgot their services ie they delayed the installation process though how many times they are informed by calls. Really unsatisfied.

NEW Opend Great Eastern Near###Barasat HAT KHOLA### is giving amazingly Disgusting sarvice to me we made a BIG mistake that we have decided to purchase A panasonic Air conditioner from there.... 1st they have given a BROKEN Air conditioner to us. 2nd They just playing with us for change that broken ac with new one.Already 5 days over after purchase, still now its not changed by them with new one. No one in there does not have any manner abt talking with people. And miss guiding.... calling them constantly but they are not doing anything, i have wasted my precious time for them, i wasted money on them. that people dont bother that what we or u think. they only think about MONEY nd BUSINESS , they dont care abt after purchasing the product we got or not. what is this sarvice call??? ? SHAME ON YOU GREATE EASTERN (Think before you buy anything from there.)

Dont get into the trap of the sals man, first of all get the detail of the company of the product u are buying then compare it with all the online & offline stores in aspect of feature, price and avaibility and then buy. Bajaj finance people over there fool the customer, now almost all the store are giving no cost emi but they are not giving here and also dont go for extended warenty. go for brand company ex warranty. I gave 3* only because they arranged my installation on the same day

The other brachs may be fine, but this branch (Hridaypur) is worse. I bought one smart TV. At the time of purchase they tricked us that we will be reserving a good gift, but after delivery they changed their words. Even they are not at all coustomer friendly. All sweet things are till the time of purchase and after that all will be vanished. Really money minded people, had a horrible experience.
