I came for battery replacement of Dell 7567 and for the BOAT Airdope 131 (under warranty period.)They did the battery replacement and also the exchanging of Airdope 131. Took around a couple of hours but all are smooth engaging and really professional to hear the customer and take utmost care of the products given to them. Really happy and satisfied.

Visited over here three times as I need to change my Dell laptop display screen. If you are planning to go for servicing the supported product, then you need to wait over there atleast for 2 hours. Crowded place. Behaviour is good. For my case, I need to followed up couple of time with them over call/email for servicing my laptop. They took more than 7days just to proceed my laptop servicing. They will also let you know that there is a 3rd vendor present where you can get service for laptop and it will be deliver within 3days and here cost is high. I choose to take service from Dell and therefore maybe they delayed to service my laptop.

Make a mistake and dont let anyone come here. . I made a big mistake. I come today to fix my laptop but theres worst service that my laptop totally dead. They are giving me false info about my laptop. Misleading, misguide nd unprofessional as long delay... Wholes process End of the time they are told wrong info My laptop issue not resolve but i paid money. Very bad behavior... Dont come any one here.

I was facing power failure problem in my boAt Rockerz 235v2. They checked that and replaced it with another one in same color and model. It took 15 minutes as I reached their early at the opening time 10AM. But I am not sure about the backup time of replaced item.Suggestions: Bring the printout of the invoice as they need for documentation purpose. No facility for printing. A shop is near the service centre for printing.

Worst service provider i have seen i my life... they are the service provider of bose... seriously guys before purchase any bose prdct plz think 1000 times... this syscomp received a courier on 27 aug still now just make one call that they have received the courier thats it.. still now they didnot provide any job sheet not attending the call... if pick up qlso sir within half on hour i will provide you.. aftrr that no reponce if minus review available i will give -1000

Service personnel are good, but they are overloaded with work resulting in high wait time. The place have very low seating capacity for the number of brands they service. The queueing process is not efficient leading to confusion.

They have two separate rooms. One is for BOSE electronics and another one is for Lenovo, Motorola & boat appliances. I went there for my BOSE Soundlink mini 2 and waited almost 30 mins for someone to attend me while I was 1st in the queue. Staffs are not well trained but few people are technically sound. Overall OK experience.

Service centre is OK. And all support persons were professional and helpfull. But the reception guy who registers customers name is a terrible person. He is unprofessional and arrogant. He doesnot know how to treat or welcome a customer. They should teach him about it. Overall 1 star for that person only.

People are really good, however they should manage themselves better in the covid era. The place is small and if the queue keeps getting increased then its becomes congested. Engineering is absolutely 5star but overall lot of scope of improvement

Terrific service center filled with people who are uneducated in their job role. I gave them 5star earlier, but later on i realized that my phone was never diagnosed properly. It was a scam.On 19th march 2021 i visited to this service center with my motorola one vision which is showing #the phone has been corrupted#.As per my little knowledge i know that this is a issue of operating system. But their engineer (who behaves like Nicola Tesla) after examining the device suggested that I have to replace the battery.Fun fact: the phone was booting up, android logo was also showing, but they enlist the device as #Dead#.I submitted the phone for battery replacement.On 22nd March they call me to collect the device and charged me approx 3279 rupees for the battery. I collect the phone. They give me the phone in in power on situation with 3 percent battery.I came outside booked an uber for my home.. and while I am on my way the phone switched off..After returning home i put my phone in charging and power on... And it sticker in the android logo and shows the device is corrupted.Its obvious as that was not and an issue of the battary....So I visited again to the service center submit my phone.Now here comes the twist: they informed me, they need to run few tests and experiments with the device so there are chances that I might not received the phone as it is..Means I visited to a service center to repair a phone which they considered as Dead and informing that it can be more Dead if the work on it.. Is it how the service center works??As the device was out of warranty i agreed with them..On 30 th March they informed me the phone is completely dead so I can collect it.I informed them that I will collect the phone on the 2nd week of April as I was out of town.I visited the place on 14th April @6:20 PM.The engineer refused to even look for my phone as their closing time is 7:00pm.This is the level of their professionalism..He suggested me to collect the phone on 19th April. And informed me to come by first half as it may take time to find the device.Meanwhile I lost the job sheet. Though I visited and informed them abot the situation. Their representative Mr. Pritam ( this guy keeps forgetting things in every fraction of seconds) advised me to file a complaint to the police and submit a copy of the complaint to collect the phone.It took some time to file a complaint as I was busy in my daily work . After then lockdown started, then I got affected by Covid.Now when I demanding the device back they are asking for IMEI number or Job sheet number. I explained the entire story once again but the very next day they are asking for the job sheet number.I provided them my name, registered contact number, fate of visit for their reference to search in their system, infact the had a copy of the same job sheet with them along with my signature. I suggested them to search manually if possible..But they replied this is not a process to search. They need job sheet number to look into the matter..From last two days they are not able to understand its very simple and easy to search a entry by date and name..If you google that phone is showing the device is corrupted , you will get N number of links with the same answer that it is a problem of OS.But,They charged me 3279 for the battery which was not needed, dont trust that have actually replaced the battery.They considered my corrupted phone as dead, and informed me the service center may damage the phone further instead of fixing it.They refused to provide my device back as I visited 40munites before their closing time.Though thy advised to lodge a complaint for missing job sheet but now they are demanding IEMI or Job Sheet number to find my entry.Infact they are not able to find my entry without job sheet number.I belive now I have to go through consumer forum to get my phone back.Motorola/Syscomp must examine the literacy level or adaptability level of a person before assigning them duties.

I had an issue with boat 255 headphones and unluckily I was able to go on the last date of the warranty period. I got the entire replacement process done in exactly 30 mins. The service was fast and responsive, I had gone at 10:30 am and got the replacement by 11 am.

My Bose speaker had some problem so they took it to their service centre on 13th July 2021 and today is 9th September and still they havent given me my speaker. about a week ago they said that they are couriering it to me and still no response I talked to the management so they said its motherboard is burnt so we will return after it gets repaired. see what type of service is this someone is saying I am sending to you someone is saying its still under repairing what should I do my 40000 are wasted on this Bose Home speaker 500. pls do something about this service, I think its already repaired they are using the speaker since 2 months.the cause of problem was that it was stuck at update and Debabrata sarkar you management I guess said that its motherboard is burnt so when a new one will come we will change it.

Job sheet number : SOIN0900472108300018.Pure chaotic situation inside service center. They asked 590 rs for fixing moto c plus power button. After job done, phone was not working. Then I get to know that, I need to pay more. I agreed. After that I was informed, parts are not available. Complete waste of time. They gave total estimate of 1490 rs for fixing power button of MOTO C PLUS which I bought at 5300 rs on September, 2017. Hilarious service center. Never visit.

I went there to repair my Motorola One Power. It has some cracks in the screen. They asked 6000/-+ to repair it.I went to a local store and got it right just by paying 800/- only!My Advice: Dont come here unless its absolutely must, because local stores might offer a much better deal than this.Edit: Its not about original parts, my screen was broken and they replaced the top glass cover. The service center on the other hand said that whole LCD panel needs to be replaced. I tried to reason with them that nothing happened with the panel and only glass has received minor cracks, bit they didnt listen.

The proprietor Chandan Kundu an ardent preacher of service before self participates in routine activities to leave no stone unturned. The unceasing efforts of the staff like Suman Sadhu Khan will give you great satisfaction. I came here for the first time with a problem with the LCD of my daughter’s Dell Laptop . The unit was malfunctioning and broken. It was out of warranty and I was unsure of any quick resolution. The engineers actively listen to the problem and gave assurance to me of a solution in 14 days. To my astonishment, I was amazed to see that they have completed the task on the 11th day without any flaws. A good place to service many company products like Lenovo , motorola phones , bose speakeres etc . A convinient place for all Salt lake and near by peoples . But the biggest problem is handling the visitors . They are mess .... There is a paper which should be according to the numbers ... But rearely ppl follows them ... A complete mismanagement . Adding solution : please make the person sits to the place and call the names by chronology . The person who is supposed to maintain the queue , always roams around and seldom comes . Now you cant expect associats to maintain and call the next number
