Today I visited Computer Gallery for my desktop servicing. I bought the same desktop from them in 2014. That time behavior of stuffs was good. But now I find they are not helpful at all. I waited there around 1 hour but none of them check what was the issue in my desktop. They only asked me to buy multiple parts even before checking my system.

So imo the transparency is there and the store itself is very good , no duplicates , proper vat paid bills for warranty related issues ! I have been their customer for about 4-5 years now !
