Very bad experience. They are cheater and took my Rs1400 for the power problem of my laptop,but the same problem happened just within 2 days, I went back to them and they make me fool with the same problem and asked for multiple charge.

My two times experience was very favorable until I visited recently to get my laptop repaired coz of getting a fan error. The young boy tried his best for around half an hour until he came to conclusion that the motherboard must have gone faulty. I incidently visited another shop and they got it working identifying it as a fan sensor problem. It was a costly repair, but the experience with Z&Z stood bitter as the charges for repairing motherboard was projected high and when I said I will throw away the laptop they were willing to buy for Rs 1000. I was almost certain that motherboard got bad and was willing to throw away as it was a very old system, but its working today.
