The Windows 10 operating system in my laptop crashed and it was not getting reinstalled in spite of my innumerable retry. I needed to get it up and running by evening time the next day as I had an important critical official work to complete. Excellent service. I am a teacher of a reputed school in Kolkata, teaching students of classes XI/XII. During lockdown period, we are having classes online. My laptop suddenly stopped functioning all of a sudden. I called Sandip and he immediately responded. He came to my house at 8:30 PM and worked hard to repair my laptop continuously for 5 hours and at last he got it repaired and made it running condition at 1:30 AM (midnight). As the problem was serious, delicate and complicated it took time. He is an expert in his trade, no doubt. I could take my online classes as per the schedule at 8:00 AM.
