It was right after the high noon of lock-down in the middle of May 2020 when my desktop crashed. The very old motherboard could no longer take my endless hours of use. Replacing it at the moment was out of question since all the hardware stores were closed. A random search in Google for technicians in south Kolkata gave me a list of names all of whom refused to come to my place and fix the problem. So finally, I decided to try the service named ‘We Fix Everything’ which sounded too good to be true. The fact they had near perfect ratings sparked a shimmer of hope in me. Yet given the severity of the lockdown, I suppressed any expectation whatsoever when I called on the number and was asked to fill an online form stating the nature of my complaint—which I did right away. The courteous gentleman over phone who seemed to be the sole person in charge also asked me to wait till evening for an onsite service. So far so good. I kept my fingers crossed. I was pleasantly surprised when someone did turn up in the late evening and was prompt to address the nature of my problem. He was with his mask and sanitizer and everything. It was Nadim—at once the owner and Man Friday of his office in those hard days—who was doing all the legwork with surprising patience by individually attending to each client’s problem. He was also the one who took my call. He carried the whole CPU to his office in his vehicle and assured me that even if my motherboard was no longer repairable, he would provide me with an alternate machine which would be good enough to carry on with my work. Thankfully, by afternoon next day I got my old machine back with a new OS installed. It kept working for a few days then the OS started crashing over and again. Nadim attended to these things with a rare patience and professionalism. He was even resourceful enough to get me a new upgraded desktop in a matter of days. I was impressed not only by his professionalism but by his honesty and hard work. It is a combination we rarely find these days. I hope and pray that he maintains the quality of his service in the future as well.

Great service despite the lockdown. Extremely courteous and professional. Had my Marshall Amp repaired - Nadim clearly pointed out that it was a first for him. He took his time to read up and understand the electrcial fault and kept me informed every step of the way. A transparent and ethical way of working, something that is so rare today. Beware!! Do not and i repeat do not avail of the services provided by this business, I had made the mistake of doing so. Fooled and confused with all the sweet talk and all the technical jargon. I am really doubtful about how many of those 70 ratings were truly genuine. If you hire him anyways do not let him take your device away. Tell him to fix it right in front of you and if he suggests you need spares ask him to unseal the box right in front of you and I mean you should be able to see him actually break the seal. (I would not suggest it though since there are a lot of shady things he can do right in front of you and you would not have a clue if you do not have sufficient technical knowledge).For me , I just wanted to install a windows 10 software, I looked up on google and I found this business with great ratings and nice great photos of a well maintained shop with people working diligently (now I understand all of this to be a facade) , as any regular person would I called the number up. Boy, was I taken for a ride, confused with all that sweet talk and bombarded with all the technical stuff I was convinced by him( Nadeem) that what I actually needed was an upgrade which would make my computer run like a FERRARI and a BMW. He took away my CPU to his workshop citing corona virus safety concerns.From the day I got my CPU back my computer has crashed thrice, I called him twice to fix the issue, during both these visits he would blabber on about how great his company is and how I actually got an upgrade for a bargain. He also tried to convince me that his company employs a lot of people and has four branches in Kolkata and the head office being in Dehradun which is again a lie, there is only one branch in Kolkata, I feel he is a compulsive liar. He even went to the extent of creating a PDF reciept with Kolkata and Dehradun on it.Anyways pardon me for diagressing, so the third time the computer crashed I went for a second opinion, now I get informed that the spares that were put in my CPU were not only old but also worn out. So Nadeem rips me off of Rs 7000 but in his opinion I got a great bargain and moreover being the kind person he is ( I am being sarcastic) he gave me a discount of Rs 700 for buying back the original parts from me .Hopefully others reading this review would not make the same mistake I made. CheersFake review huh? Thats funny, I have the receipt that you were so unwilling to send me in the first place , I had to call you up for two consecutive days for it and as far as receiving money from anyone is concerned i think some of the other people have probably received money from you to write their reviews.You have used extremely old and worn out spares for my computer which you probably have scavenged from someone elses discarded computer. I think that at least you wont be able to make a fake Intel core,all in all I never needed to upgrade my computer which you convinced me to go for, I just needed a new windows 10 software so yes I would really like that brand new computer because you have destroyed the one that I have.

I called to fix an old Lenovo laptop that wouldnt close because a hinge was broken and the frame was slightly twisted. The very next day Md Nadim came to my home, fixed the laptop, and installed a new battery for 1/4 of the price that Computer Wizards wanted (they wanted to order replacement parts for the whole laptop instead of just taking a screwdriver and a bit of muscle power).
