This is the worst laptop service center. Beware of this center. They are not well behaved with no proper tracking system in place. I have given a laptop for repairing before lock down in April and then I visited the shop after lock down by when my laptop should have been processed and given back to me.But when I visited the shop again after lock down, the owner and the service persons, told me that the. laptop is not readily available and I need to wait and visit their shop again. I told them that this is not possible if they call me again in weekdays as I will also be busy with my work and requested if the same is given now, I can wait if they need to search for it. They denied giving it back and misbehaved with me saying whatever you want you can do but you only need to come within our given time. I also told them that I stayed far and coming from there takes a lot of time and also repeat mentioned again that this is really challenging for me. But they refused my request to search for it. Shop owner also mentioned the fault is at my end I should visit his shop by taking risk of CoVID situation since his shop is opened. Ridiculous!There are lot of other services centers available in this area and all of them are equally good. So before going to this service center please think twice. This is not at all recommended. During Santudas era the shop was in topin service, Pricing and others. Best time.But now it is good but not like Santudasera.2. Price is slightly high but quality is good.3. If you compare it with the time whenSantuda was running the shop, you willfind many negative points. But it is stillbetter than other Computer shops ofSonarpur.

They dont have any knowledge regarding laptop repairing also they are totally unprofessional...They kept my laptop around 2.5 months just to diagnose that motherboard needs to be replaced. Also there are some parts of motherboard like ICs are missing as confirmed by another service center where laptop got finaly fixed. Please dont approach to them , if you want to repair your laptop and avoid mental harrassment.
