I know that the customer portal of VA Talks is functional and looks awesome, but as a designer, it can still be more beautiful and attract more customers. This generation is about visual, and I think that if the portal was a little more upgraded with a few more features like email or text notifications when the assistant replies on the portal, or a drop down of how many hours or minutes one should use for a task, that would be great.Having said that, what you guys offer is an exception in todays world. I greatly appreciate you guys for one thing over all the other good things you do and that is you guys always keep your promise! Thanks heaps for that!

So far very professional. But today (my second day using the service) I havent heard from my VA which is making me a bit nervous as I need feedback on a particular task. Then I got an email from my VA that they were hit by a severe cyclone and could not be online due to power outage and Internet problems.I am relieved to know that the guys are safe and that the very next day my work was completed to my satisfaction.

I am working here since 4 years and its really nice environment here for those who really want to achieve something in their field.P.S. There are some negative reviews below and those all are fake. An employee was fired because of his sleeping habit and hes just taking revenge.There is issues with the every company but salary is not an issue with this company.
